The service here is top tier. Food was great and drinks were on point. The manager Shakyra was great. I will be back soon.

Changes recipe of their brownie Sundae. The brownie is a flat cake like garbage biscuit. If it’s not broken don’t fix it.

From the moment my mom and I arrived, Adam made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We had been waiting briefly at the hostess stand when Adam approached us with a warm greeting. He even asked a coworker what the best course of action would be, which showed initiative and genuine care. He let us know the restaurant was short-staffed and running a bit behind, but assured us he’d be our server and personally took us to our table.
What truly impressed me was Adam’s honesty and attentiveness. At one point, I noticed the bar had cleared and thought about moving over. Adam kindly gave me a heads-up that the bartender was slammed and that service might be slower at the bar not to stop me, but just to make sure I had all the info before making a choice. That level of awareness and communication is rare.
My mom and I decided to stay put, and I’m so glad we did. If this was one of Adam’s more challenging shifts, I honestly couldn’t tell. He remained friendly, efficient, and professional throughout. He’s a true gem, and Miller’s is lucky to have him.
For context, my family loves Zingers. We were out shopping at IKEA and spotted Miller’s nearby, so we decided to stop in. We usually only go to the locations in Florida because the one near us in New Jersey doesn’t quite hit the mark. So to not only have a great experience, but to enjoy the same great taste we’re used to from Florida was such a pleasant surprise. Even though the bartender was backed up, the People’s Margarita was DELICIOUS!
Thank you again, Adam, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

It's not Fine Dining, but for an inexpensive meal from their lunch menu it was very nice.

Wow. I had terrible service from the racist bartender. She was so welcoming to other guests. However, she had a shitty face to me just because I’m Asian. She was so impatient and rude. Never ever come back to this place!

Miller’s Ale House at Columbus Commons in South Philly is the go-to spot for laid-back vibes, hearty eats, and an impressive lineup of drinks. Whether you’re craving their famous Zingers (crispy, saucy perfection) or a juicy burger, this place delivers big on flavor without breaking the bank. With plenty of TVs, it’s a prime hangout for catching the game, grabbing a cold beer, or just kicking back with friends. The atmosphere is lively, the service is solid, and the portions? Let’s just say you won’t leave hungry. Perfect for a casual night out, post-work drinks, or just satisfying that comfort food craving!
Had meatloaf mashed potatoes...Could barely see gravy.. Food did come out hot.

Went for a Friday lunch, not super busy. But we were never offered refills on drinks and no follow up from server. He just brought check as we were eating.

Good was good, enjoyed the calamari rings very much, my only complaint was that we could see like 30tvs from our booth, which is great if you want to watch ESPN but not great for conversation when you're easily distracted.

worst experience ever
The girls and I came here Friday to celebrate Danni’s Bday.. when we first got seated we wasn’t happy with our seating due to it being more the three people( 7 of us total). Due to one of us recognizing him, he offer us the private room. And I totally agree that’s where we should have been.. I come here once a month for the past few months and haven’t gotta the service I did until Friday night. Adam who has the most beautiful soul, amazing personality, made us feel like we was home, he was very attentive and satisfied our every need.. he smile the entire time, even checked to make sure we was satisfied through our entire visit.. Go ADAM!!!

It's alright. The serving sizes for some of the non pasta dishes leave a lot to be desired. But the salmon and shrimp is tasty.
