Miller's Twist is one of the many staples that you have to try out when at the Reading Terminal Market, the pretzels are a great treat when you proceed to bite into one of these Philadelphian Staples of the food culture in the city. The pretzels are soft, spongy, and have just the correct amount of salt and butter to make them a great addition to your visit to this historical market.
Similar to other such pretzel chains in the area, or stores for that matter such as Auntie Anne's, or Philly Pretzel Factory. The Pretzels are consistent at this location and do not ever have issues with consistency, nor the texture of the dough. This place, therefore is superior to all of them, and is one place that I will come back to for certain in the future.

It’s so buttery but somehow not greasy to the touch. The backside is crisp but that’s the only crisp part, everything else is pillowy, awesome texture

Miller’s Twist is a must-visit pretzel spot tucked inside Reading Terminal Market. They specialize in soft pretzels and pretzel-wrapped goodies, and everything is made fresh right in front of you. I got a classic pretzel and their mini pretzel-wrapped hot dogs (kolaches) — not sure what kind of magic they use, but the dough is soft, warm, and has a subtle sweet aftertaste that makes it seriously addictive.
They also offer pretzel-wrapped breakfast sandwiches, cinnamon sugar pretzels, and pretzel dogs — all well-priced, especially for a tourist-heavy area. The line can look intimidating, but it moves *fast* — even with the crowd wrapping around the corner, I was in and out in about five minutes. Watching the staff make everything fresh as you move through the line just adds to the charm. I’ll definitely be coming back — this place lives up to the hype.
