Ellen and AJ are the friendliest bartenders I've ever had. I've lived in Seattle, Pittsburgh, and Denver before philly, and never have enjoyed my bartenders this much. They can talk about anything, always have a smile, and are quick to check on you!
Ethan was our bartender and he was AMAZING! Super accommodating and made our experience after the Phillies game completely worth it! Thanks so much for taking care of my friends and I! Will def be back thanks to him!
Our bartender during our stay was very enthusiastic and doing his best. I’m unfortunately giving 2 stars for service because we were charged an automatic 25% gratuity (we would have given 20% regardless). We asked about it and were told that it was because we spent more than $300. We then pointed out that we hadn’t spent $300. A different bartender refused to refund us. Overall bummer that soured an otherwise positive experience. Beware.
