Poor service! Waited for a half hour for RAW oysters. The bartender was cute- I mean, efficient. still, awful customer service. Don’t waste money on the calamari.

Tried this Misconduct location on 3131 Walnut St for some wings and beers etc for the football game. Worst dining mistake of 2023. The food was absolutely putrid. We got a couple of orders of basic buffalo wings. They were so bitter and putrid, we each almost simultaneously took one bite and expelled it from our mouths reflexively. I have never tasted anything so vile in a restaurant. The only positive from the 20 minute wait for any service is that I lived 20 minutes longer without being subjected to this drek. Never, under any circumstances, dare to eat here.

We needed something to eat after a show and didn't want a fancy meal that would have taken a long time at a proper restaurant. This place is fairly basic, but the service by Francisco was great (we sat at the bar). Beer was cold, and food was quite acceptable and very reasonably priced.

We are local and we came for lunch where there were maybe 4 customers and the wait was ridic. Don't come for the food. At all. You'll be mad at yourself.

Cheese steak fries was good.. the chicken was oh ok!! It was six of us and only two of us got our food.. it was happy hour and the place was crowded so I understand why the service suck. If you've ever wondered what it feels like to be a ghost, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Misconduct Tavern. A group of ten of us, each brimming with youthful enthusiasm and camaraderie, decided to test this establishment last night. Half of us arrived promptly, eager to start our evening, only to find ourselves bestowed with the superpower of invisibility. For a moment, I thought we were playing a game of Hide and Seek with the staff. We were hidden in plain sight, yet for 20 minutes our existence was skillfully ignored. As entertaining as this new pastime was, our mortal bodies craved nourishment and libation. Finally, our other compatriots arrived, and their uncanny knack of materializing in our dimension must have somehow triggered the server's attention. Or perhaps it was just a glitch in the Matrix. Nevertheless, the orders were taken and we eagerly anticipated our feast. In a stunning display of 'less is more', Misconduct Tavern served up a single order of pretzel bites. One can't help but admire their audacious take on minimalism. Unfortunately, the pretzel bites had apparently decided to cosplay as charcoal, with an authentic burnt texture that would make even a campfire blush. We attempted to express our culinary concerns to our server, but she seemed preoccupied with her friends at the bar, engaging in what I can only assume was an in-depth discussion on the philosophical underpinnings of ignoring paying customers. As time passed, and the potential for further sustenance or beverages seemed as elusive as Bigfoot, we decided to exercise our right to leave. However, our invisible act seemed to falter at this point, as they immediately billed us for the culinary equivalent of a fire log that we had the pleasure of receiving earlier. In conclusion, Misconduct Tavern offers a unique dining experience for those seeking invisibility, starvation, and charred pretzels. If that’s not your cup of tea, you might consider literally any other establishment. As for a return visit, I’d sooner eat another one of those pretzel bites, and I assure you, that's saying something.

waited for 30, minutes, even went to the bar and got no service after it being "promised." Went for the happy hour, which ends at 7 apparently despite it being advertised at ending at 8pm. Drove over an hour to try their food bc I heard raving reviews, just to get no service while waiting at a dirty table

Waitress was very nice. All the food was terrible besides the mozz sticks. I would not recommend this place for food.

This place is both amazing and underappreciated. It's a little off the beaten path, but it's worth going there to check it out. Small menu, but the chef knows his sh*t! Wings fall off the bone. Mac and cheese amazing! Great staff. Rarely busy yet easy to get to via SEPTA and car. Right off Walnut Street bridge over the Schuylkill. I hope the locals will also give this place a chance.

On my first trip to Philly, I stumbled upon the Misconduct on Walnut Street. The staff is very friendly and do a good job. The drinks are delicious. The chef is top-notch. The wings are a must-have. The meat falls off the bone. There are only so many prepared each day due to the process used to make them. Do not wait, or you will miss out on the best wings.
