Really great Pizza, just not my absolute favorite pizza place in philly. Cheese and sauce are good, but I don't like their pepperoni. Really good mozarella sticks and garlic knots. French fries are decent, and their hoagies are pretty alright. You can get a better cheesesteak at other places nearby, but the steaks aren't bad. The staff are always really professional and kind.

The Taco pizza was tasty and original (I usually never go for classics, but this was pleasant surprise). The basic cheese was chessy and fine NY style. Staff were direct but friendly, I appreciate the family vibe.

I've been going to Mr. P's for years and still find them to be the best pizza in Roxborough. Enjoyed the old pics of local sites on the walls as well. It's not the same not having a waitress take our order anymore which made it a more pleasant experience for lunch but definitely worth visiting.
