About every five years we Amtrak it to Philly. We always think we must have a cheesesteak. I mean it’s the Philly signature. Do once every five years we expect it to be good!
Mix filled the bill. And got only $14 with fries (soy not the dreaded Canola—ok not great oil but we could indulge a bit), served by Julia and Tiffany, who were so caring and friendly, cut in half on two plates for us to share.
What’s not to love. And we ate Al fresco, in sunshine, on Chestnut St halfway between the train and our hotel. Perfect.

Pizza was ok but taste better they serve the family soda that was so flat when we told the waiter he said machine wasn't working so all he had to do was tell us instead of serving it to us no AC place was so hot.

Pizza is very good but they don’t have any pies ready at 11 am. I feel like having 2-3 pizzas ready to go when you open is a must. Plain.. pepperoni and then maybe a popular specialty pie.
