I found this place online, and was very curious to try! I've always wanted to try Korean donuts, so I was excited to get some to try. When I walked in, the vibes were immediately off. The entire place was empty and silent, there was no music playing. When I asked the cashier questions, she stared at me like I had a third head and only answered yes or no. The interior was kinda cute, but one section of the wall was clearly meant to be photographed for Instagram. I had perused their menu online prior to stopping by, but they didn't have the drink I wanted to try, even though it was heavily advertised on their site's front page. I tried the Nutella, Chocolate, and Cookies N Cream doughnuts. They were okay. They're visually cute, but the taste is meh. They weren't cooked that well, the texture of each donut was weirdly different than the other. The chocolate glaze on the Nutella donut was weirdly wrinkly like it was separating and the texture was off. Whole Foods has better-tasting donuts that are half the price. Maybe if these were cheaper it would be worth it, but as it stands, they're not worth $5 per donut.

Literally no service, I stood behind the counter for 15 minutes at 6:30pm and no one was there. They're lucky I wasn't a thief, because their whole place was unlocked and deserted

Came here for the mochi donuts! They were so cute and packaged very nicely. They were a little dry and the flavors weren’t very strong but it was a nice little shop and it was a cute atmosphere.

I will never spend my hard earned money here again. It was the worst service I have ever had, anywhere. Service at the local hotdog stand like a luxury hotel compared to the awful service I received. I just wrote a long review with all of the details, but when I went to add a photo, the review disappeared. I was the only customer er in the shop. She was the only worker. It was Sunday, 2/16/2025 at 12:30pm. If this is her business, I hope it fails. If she is an employee, she neoeds to be fired or the business is going to fail. As good as the mochinuts are here, I will go the extra distance to get them elsewhere. Such bad service.
ps- I always go out of my way to put in good reviews because it is easy to be a complainer; however, this horrible service warranted my immediate attention. Save your money - go to the Arch St. locatiom!

Their cakes do taste good, but there was a woman at the cashier with glasses and she was rude to customers and always had a deadpan look on her face. It's disgusting.

I didn't like their donuts, I thought they were normal donuts but they are mochi style and I didn't like the consistency
