Absolutely amazing and authentic pakistani food. The chaats are so filling and the lassis are refreshing and delicious too! I love that you can mix and match flavors, you can be really creative with it.

Clean place with great food - chaats, biryanis, lassis and other snacks. I would also like to thank the owner and worker there who made our evening with their jokes and generously provided us a carrot halwa and pistachio dessert. Love small businesses like these 😊😊

A cozy spot in the neighborhood near my daughter's apartment. I had my first lassi and got a mango lassi at the owners recommendation. Great option! He also provided a special taste of the rose mango lassi as a surprise. If I lived in Philly I think it would be a wonderful spot for some Indian meals.

The owner is so friendly! The lassis are delicious and it’s so cool to have a chaat place nearby! Was fun listening him talk about all the lassi and chaat variations he’s made in the past

Wow. What a phenomenal experience and meal. The gentleman behind the counter (the owner?) was helpful and kind, guiding me and my dining partner to the right spice level for our meals, not tp mention treating us to dessert after we were stuffed. Both my (mild) paneer tikka masala and his (spicy) chicken biryani were delectable, and I loved the sweet carrot dessert with nuts on top - bonus: it felt so healthy. And the mango peach lassi was outstanding. Don't hesitate before enjoying a delicious meal freshly prepared and graciously served at the fast counter location. Might be tough to grab one of the 2-3 tables available at a busy moment.

The owner, Hassan, is an absolute gem of a person! I have been a customer of Mood Café for over a year - and the food is so incredible *chefs kiss* - but have continuously come back to see Hassan and chat with him. If you're stopping in for a meal, a lassi, or just to say hi you will never forget the experience!

We ended up coming to Mood after we weren't able to eat somewhere else, and what a little gem we discovered! We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, Shahi Paneer, and Garlic Naan, which was quite possibly the best garlic naan we've ever had. Not only was it covered in garlic and butter, but other herbs as well. The Shahi Paneer was also a delicious, rich, creamy sauce, and the owner even custom-made a wonderful hot sauce for me from the Paneer Tikka Masala that was so delicious that I took the extra home. Thanks for such an unexpectedly delicious experience!

The food is delicious and flavorful. The owner, Hasan is incredibly kind, friendly and gracious. He always makes my curry extra spicy upon request. Mood cafe has been around for 14 years and is a West Philly institution. The mango lassi and chicken tikka masala are must-try.
