Came to carve pumpkins and the staff at the door was incredibly rude and obnoxious. I am 21 and was looked upon as a child, given absolutely no respect and even laughed at.

I want to start off by saying our waitress was great…. Buttttt the other staff particularly one person who worked there, was constantly staring at my son after he walked up to three ladies that work there. Keep in mind he’s 4 years old and autistic. He walked pretty close to them and looked at them, he can’t speak. After we got my son away from them, she had this disgusted look on her face and proceeded to keep staring at my son until we found a pumpkin and set down at our table. This encounter was very disheartening to say the least.

Was on a weekend trip visiting a friend who lives in the city and we thought this place would be the perfect place for a fun afternoon. After sitting at one of the first come first serve tables we could tell it was a busy day there so we were ready to be patient with our server, when she finally made it to us she had such a horrible attitude and seemed annoyed we were even there. As someone who works in the service industry, I could tell she was overwhelmed so we continued to be patient with her, she informed us that they were low on the pumpkin carving tools but we told her that it was fine and that we’d wait our turn. Our food came out but we had no silverware, it took her 20 min to even check on us after we got the food and we had to find a way to get silverware on our own. As we were eating we notice many tables that had sat after us getting pumpkin carving tools but we continued to be patient. She still was not checking on us as we sat with empty plates and empty drinks, watching a table who sat next to us get carving tools almost as soon as they sat down. When we finally got her to come over she was still very rude and we decided to just skip the pumpkin carving, we still tipped her 18% but she seemed annoyed with that as well. It was our fist time visiting the city and we were really disappointed with our service, the environment seemed very fun for the tables that received proper service. I loved this place. The pizza and fries were excellent. Drinks too. I still don't understand the tab thing and taking away my credit card. Just bring outside the POS so I can pay every time I want to buy something. The white masculine gentleman with the shaved head at the entrance who checked our passports was very polite and friendly. He wished us a safe trip back home when he saw our EU passports. The atmosphere is great. It was a weekday so it wasn't that busy. They have the most stunning view of the bridge. The music was pleasant too. It was the best way to end our trip to Philly. As for the prices they were pretty reasonable as well.

Stopped by for dinner at 4pm..Got carded at the door and denied entry because my wife had brought the wrong expired id..she's 45 yrs old..I've never been carded to get into a restaurant before..makes no sense why we weren't aloud inside to eat
