Went there last night got charged an an additional 25$ tried to call them only a operator answered tried to email them there email bounced back the fries where cold nice view that’s about it

The staff was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. Our waitress went to every table except ours and never interacted with us the two hours we were there. I waited at the bar for ten minutes just to get water because we didn't have any service from the waitress, and the bar staff actively looked at me, walked past me, and ignored me except for one bartender. My friend bought a pumpkin to carve before 8 and waited for tools so long it was after 8. A bartender approached her and told her she couldn't carve pumpkins past 8, but my friend informed her she had bought them before and was waiting this whole time. The woman gave my friend an attitude and was snippy the whole interaction. The food we ordered (at the bar, no waitress service) never got brought to our table so we had to go get it and by the time we did it was cold. The food wasn't good either, the Bang Bang shrimp was 80% fried dough for around $15. Overall terrible experience and we will not be coming back. Go carve pumpkins and get food and drinks somewhere else, not worth your time.

I was there tonight (10-25-2025) with my wife and unfortunately I left with a very bad impression due to the poor treatment and disrespect from a young man at the bar in the drinks delivery area who spoke to me in a very aggressive manner.

He used inappropriate words and I even heard him call me “IDIOT”. Just because I wanted to ask a question about a drink I would have liked to have - It's unfortunate that due to my lack of knowledge of the operations of that business, this person couldn't have the courtesy to be a little more professional and speak with greater respect and ethics. The place is very nice and has good food, but that man made us feel very bad because of his lack of judgment and professionalism. That's my only complaint.

Came in with my friends we got a few apps and drinks. This event was overpriced for what it was. Cheap backdrops and rotting pumpkins to carve. Our drinks were overly strong, of course everyone loves a strong drink but not to the point that it’s undrinkable. Waste of money.

I lovvveee Morgan’s pier. I come here often. They are sponsoring pumpkin 🎃 carving. The experience was fun. I took my daughter and my goddaughter. The food portions were perfect, as well. The only thing is the service-she was okay- she had to much going on and did not know how to distribute her time, but go!

The owner shows no concern for how customers are mistreated or humiliated in front of their families. The incident was not about breaking any rules; Instead of addressing the situation, the owner responded with a comment claiming his guards are trained, ignoring the fact that we were subjected to mistreatment and humiliation by one of his guards. Poor management. The owner did not apologize or acknowledge the issue; he only insisted on the law. This place is clearly unsuitable for tourists and their families. We are not coming back never.

I’m giving 2 stars only because view and decoration are really nice but everything else was disappointing. I ordered hot drink which supposed to come with whip cream and the server said that they run out of it and with donuts I understand it you make it on the house fresh but what the deal with whip cream, so my husband asked then for extra marshmallows since the drink would come without whip cream and still the drink looked very disgusting. Besides that service was really bad and server didn’t bother at all to make sure we have napkins and ketchup for the fries just was keep talking to bartender and other servers.

Came here on a Saturday to enjoy the fall vibes and carve pumpkins along with getting dinner and drinks. Our table was too small to eat, drink, and carve large pumpkins. Our server was extremely unbothered and did the bare minimum. We never received silverware, soda refills or napkins. When we were ready to order food or drinks we had to track our server down. Our food was about a 7 out of 10, just average. I tried to order the fall frozen drink that comes with a cinnamon donut. The server said they ran out of donuts and it was 6pm. There is an area for tables for those who make dinner reservations only. Girls come over to this area to get pictures so it’s a bit uncomfortable to eat and others are doing photo shoots next to you. The guy was sweeping up the pumpkin leftovers from the floor then he used the same broom to sweep food off the tables. Whatever you see online is not reality, this place is hyped because people want social media content. This place is only good for drinks and the view.

If you are a foreigner do not visit the place, they deny entry even if you show your city ID. It is unfortunate for me that would be racism.

Okay, this place is awesome! We were here during October & you could even carve pumpkins at your table! We only stopped in for drinks so glad we did bc the atmosphere is awesome! The employees are very friendly. The gentleman who greeted us at the front start our experience off with a quick game of rock paper scissors with my son. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in for a bite to eat and a beer this week. Sat at the bar and Nicholas was on duty. He was fast friendly and my beer glass was never empty. Had the Philly Cheese steak of course and it was quite good. Atmosphere was great and the vibe was on point for a Wednesday.
