Beware their customer service is poor. A woman paid $7 for a cake and complained it was still frozen… yet the girls serving just laughed and walked away as another employee is on the phone… I guess it’s authentic Greek customer service… Instagram video going viral

Saw a wild Instagram rant (I think it was this place) from someone clearly having a moment, and I’ve got to say, I’m pretty impressed with this place’s handling of it. The team showed nothing but class and professionalism, even with an unusually... passionate critic. It’s obvious they care about their reputation and their customers!

Although I haven't been there yet, it's already on my list thanks to their respectful responses and customer-first approach. If they can keep cool with that kind of heat, I can only imagine the warm welcome they'll give everyday customers. Excited to check out the menu and ambiance soon—this place has all the signs of a spot worth supporting.

The food was phenomenal! It makes me wish I lived in Philly instead of Nowhereville, MD…
We got Greek salad, lemon potatoes, soup, hummus, gyro, falalel, and chicken souvlaki and all were delicious. The waiter was great and he gifted my kids an entire roll of Biscotello cookies!

I absolutely adore this place oft of 21st and cherry street. I stumbled across this place just by driving by it many times wondering what this place is. I can honestly say this Greek jawn is definitely up there as far as over all good quality Greek Food. Not really a fan of French fries in my gyro, maybe it's a just me thing. Having the French fries in your gyro doesn't affect the integrity of it at all. Even though I'm not a full time local that lives in Center City
But I know a good Greek establishment when I eat there. I highly recommend this place and for the locals that don't know about this place. Don't sleep on it. They also have a location in Fishtown too, but I'm closer to the 21st and cherry street location. The best way to have your food is through pick up or dine in. This establishment never disappoints no matter if you prefer vegetarian options or a chicken or lamb gyro. I highly recommend this location coming from a part time Philly resident.

Having come to this moustaki since it opened years ago, the quality has gone done hill significantly and the service has plummeted. What was once a very cheery spot is definitely not any longer - and it is incredibly greasy in comparison to prior to franchising.
