The cashier was really rude I would come to this location from time to time and the works are always pretty rude every time I go and they always take forever making the drinks even if it was just one drink and regardless of the fact that there were no other customers
I ordered a Peach Tea w/ Fresh Pulp which I order many times and they made a Peach Oolong Tea instead. When I informed them it was not what I ordered they told me I was wrong and got really defensive. They didn’t even offer remake the drink correctly.

Cute coffee/tea shop - must try! I was looking for something similar to thai milk tea and the lady recommended the black milk tea and it was delicious! Will definitely return for another drink!!

As a customer who has been going to this location (in Chinatown) for years, I am disappointed to say that this place has changed. Specifically and as of recent, some drinks that I used to love have changed in flavor. The honey lemon green tea would be either lacking lemon taste or too sour. The oolong milk tea I'm drinking right now is also either too sweet or too watery when less sugar (despite having it been amaxing for the past few years). I'm not sure if it's because the store is allowing new employees to be making the teas, or over brewing the teas, or changing the tea leaves, but it has changed and feels like the drink makers are winging it. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my sister still enjoys the fruit teas, for example, the grape or passionfruit green tea. Overall, management, please fix that oolong milk tea. I'm not going to make a fuss because this drink is half-assed, but at least in the future make sure there is a formula that the employees follow strictly.
The drinks there are amazing but it took them a while to make my order which was matcha milk tea and custard waffles. It took them about 20 minutes but it was worth the wait!

Service was very good. The boba was good - not too sweet and not too bland. Tea was well made - really flavorable! Two thumbs up!
They kinda racist and gossip in your face without knowing if you speak Korean lol

When I visit Philly, I always go to Mr. Wish to buy milk tea. I often buy at the store next to Hung Vuong market, and this is the first time I buy milk tea near Ben Thanh market. Milk tea is always delicious, rich in flavor, chewy, and soft. I just want to say that “Mr. Wish never lets me down.” Thank you so much?
