It used to be my favorite milk tea shop, but the milk tea pearls I bought recently are very soft and mushy. It can be seen that their quality has gone downhill.

The store opens at 10-walked in at almost 10:40 and they said “we just opened so we don’t have boba” usually they say to give them a couple minutes to make the boba but the person at the counter refused to make me a drink even after i said it was fine to do it without boba, very weird and bizarre interaction so i just left

My drinks are always great, the shop is always clean and the staff is polite!

I did get orange many times. Why those two orange look so different? I got same note. And the taste is very light.

this is my favorite juice/milk tea place around these parts even if it's a bit pricy. okay, maybe not all blends are great but it's a case of preference... i didn't like that fruit espresso blend they have. butttttt they do have bomb dot com milk teas and fruit teas with soft boba and even had a limited time offering of a red guava i loved to bits. i'll definitely be coming back here or in their other branches whenever i'm in philly.

this is also the branch i observed that's less populated, but maybe it was because it was off-peak season and universities were mostly off around july lol.

Decent drinks but customer service could be better - generally they wouldn’t ask you to choose ice level/sugar level so if you don’t bring it up yourself they would default to regular ice and sugar though they offer different options on the menu. I was a regular but when I went in this week I forgot to say no ice and asked them politely as to whether it would be possible to remove the ice after I got the drink. The store was empty and they weren’t doing much but the girl seemed rude to me so I was thrown off by her attitude. I would totally understand if it was not possible since the drink was already passed to me at that time but just thought she could’ve said it in a nicer way given she wasn’t even busy at that time
