My husband and 5 year old daughter came here and the man working was so kind! We absolutely loved the tea with pearls. We got milk pearl tea, black tiger milk, and matcha with pearls and coconut jelly. My daughter loved the strawberry sherbet smoothie. They have Pac-Man, foosball, and other small little table games!

I've gone to other Mr. Wish locations before. This location has the worst food and service. I'm unsure if this is typical service and food quality here since tonight is my first time at this location. I bought 2x egg custard waffles, 2x hot milk tea and one Oolong 3Q soft serve. The egg custard waffles tasted weird and there was no egg custard so I went back to tell them. First the person who made it said that's how the egg custard waffles are. But I explained to her that I've had these before at other locations and it's not this way. She then said that when it's busy like tonight the egg custard is overcooked into the waffle. They were unwilling to replace it. The workers being busy does not mean we need to accept subpar quality food. We are paying customers but the workers seem to have forgotten this key point. I did not request anything more than the standard the other locations are able to uphold. The drinks and soft serve were as expected.

The place is nice and clean. I ordered the medium milk tea. My cup of milk tea was filled with so so much ice. I finished the drink rather quickly. An $8+ drink to finish so quickly was not worth it for me. It was my first time and I wish I new how they filled the cup. I would have gone back to mention this but I couldn't.

I bought 5 drinks & asked for carrier, the worker said they did not have any carrier anymore & 50 cent for a bag. I walked out with 5 drinks in my arms. I will never go back to this place anymore. I think the owner changed, it used to be better service when they just opened. Very dissapointed. There is Mr. Wish just open next to ShopRite at Frankford & Morrell, they gave me carrier with only 2 drinks.

Every time I come here I ask for double pearl/bubble in my drink. For some reason we "can't do that" today. New people? Sort your staff and policies out. I don't leave reviews unless I have strong feelings, good or bad. I don't mind paying extra as I do every time. But don't pick and choose who or when you have certain policies

I asked to Liz that my order was with less ice but my drink was full of ice, I requested to do something, she said can’t do anything, I had to pay again to get my drink, paid twice. They don’t value their customers, very disappointing that they don’t own their mistake.
Wish is one of my favorite go-to bubble tea places, especially if it's hot out. I usually get the lychee tea with fresh pulp with coconut jelly and Boba. I usually like the lychee sunrise too but only from other locations. The aiyu jelly I got from here was really thick for some reason and didn't have any flavor. It felt like I was chewing on a glob of glue. Otherwise everything was pretty good!

Great service, very friendly staff. Three stars because if you order a pick up online they up charge on the drinks. What is normally $5.50 in the store is $7.50 online if you order for pickup.Update: Thank you for the quick response. I understand now the difference in price. I have amended my stars. Thanks again.
