Delicious boba tea and smoothies, and quenched my thirst on a hot day. They just opened this week and love that it’s such a clean store to sit down. Love the 3Q signature tea since it’s a whole dessert in a drink. Mango and strawberries smoothies are delicious.

We love their custard waffles. Their staff is wonderful and they have a great variety of juice drinks along with their teas.
