Got 2 apple fritters off the truck in Lancaster, $1.75 each, not 1 piece of apple in it we each tossed em after 2 and 3 bites.. went to the Amish market in bird in hand bought 2 more from the amish.. delish... won't buy another doughnut from this place.. I mean put some apples in it if your gonna call it apple fritter.. wawa puts apples in there's jeez..
Blueberry fritter was very good. My wife said that the apple carmel was also good. Both were very heavy. Good value for $1.75 a piece.
We had walked pretty much all the way through Reading Terminal when we came upon this bakery. As we love sourdough bread, we reached for a loaf, and as we were searching, we couldn't help but find several other items that tempted our tastebuds. We did purchase a loaf of sourdough ($6.99) which we found to be very tasty but maybe a little denser than we like for sandwiches. It has made very nice toast in the mornings. We also could not resist the loaves of orange-cranberry and cinnamon breads ($7.25 ea.). They were both very tasty and moist. In fact, because we had purchased so many goodies, I was afraid the cinnamon loaf might spoil before we could consume it and so I froze it. After thawing, it was just as good as the orange-cranberry! We actually resisted all the donuts, but I think next time we are in Philadelphia and the Reading Terminal, I'm sure we will indulge.
We tried the cakes, muffins and donuts and all of it was absolutely delicious! Donuts were about $2 and the slices of cake which were generous were 3.50… muffins must of been around the same. Red velvet and banana cream were our favorites although nothing disappointed at all. Thanks for the extra weight! Lol
The donuts have a great texture. Fluffy and chewy. I enjoyed the bacon maple and cinnamon and sugar donuts. Very tasty!!
There are so many mouth-watering treats at this bakery, not to mention bread, rolls, etc. you will be unable to decide what to choose!
I always get some Whoopie pies, and my husband loves the cinnamon apple bread. They have a nice variety of items.
High price for just very standard quality. Not really special. We wanted to it try but we won’t be back. Very colourful doughnuts with no special qualities except for the sweet taste.
Reading Market. I wanted a Boston Cream Pie. My husband says that is to big of a pie. I want one I said. Then I pointed back in the display case. There was a smaller pie for just 2. Was that ever a good pie.
Great donuts, i recommend going here if you are a local or just visiting philly on vacation or other travel

I ordered a chocolate coconut frosted donut which is my favorite flavor. I was not impressed. The donut was okay, but the chocolate frosting tasted off. Even though I was at the Marriott across the street from Reading Terminal Market, I did not return to this bakery.
Ordered a half dozen and where not disappointed! We got apple fritters, cinnamon sugar and triple chocolate. All were fantastic. Definitely recommend picking some up if you are there.
Better than Krispy Kreme. Frankly, the best donuts I have ever tasted. Admittedly, I only tried the glazed donuts but wow, they were memorable. I will definitely be back.
These beautiful donuts were sadly not fully cooked. We ordered a blueberry fritter and a glazed cream. The glazed cram was doughy on the inside. I was disappointed after the long wait/line at the Reading Terminal Market.
The donuts are so fresh, love the texture of their donuts when they are that fresh. It is a bit hard to see all the choices as you approach "your turn' to ask for what you want. But do your best to quickly scan your options and don't let anything stop you from taking the time you need to see it all. If it is your first time, and you see a flavor you think you will adore (and if you won't be back for awhile or ever) get two of that flavor. The line can be very long, especially on Saturday. This vendor is closed on Sundays. Enjoy!!!! P.S. My favorite is the maple bacon donut!
