I'm not a fan of seamoss to be honest i don't know anything about it, but Mr Murray was very knowledgeable on the product he did a thorough explanation, the benefits, the taste, the serving amount all that. Great product, will buy again. The owner is very accessible by phone/text. I tried the elderberry flavor. I was able to pick it up frozen. I take 2-3 tablespoons per day. The product feels very organic and brings balance to my body.

I have felt overall more healthy since taking my sea moss for the past month or so. I woke up with a bad sore throat. I was waiting for next arrival of sea moss.
