Before I start this review, it’s funny how I came across another review that perfectly summed up what I was thinking. Today was my first time there — and probably my last. The employees were nice, but GOD, the food was so DRY. I expected it to be full of flavor since it’s Middle Eastern cuisine, but I was really disappointed. I even added some salt to try to help, but it didn’t make a difference. I finished my drink before I was even halfway through the food that’s how dry it was.

The older African American woman serving bowls pretty much had me wait until she finished having a conversation with a coworker to “ ask me what i wanted to order “ smh and didn’t give me pita bread that comes with a BOWL please pay attention and put paying customers first

Terrible staff. Wouldn't let order 30 min before closing and weren't nice about it (guess they want to get out early). Management should probably look into this

Ordered takeout and the bag was sealed. When got home and opened one entree was missing. Called the store and they asked me to call back later when the manager was available. Called back again and they told me to call next week to speak to the owner/ CEO. Tried two times and that person was never available or will not call back. I gave up. Never again use this place. I would rather use other places like Hummus or Pita chips

I love their falafel bowls and fries. They're so fresh and heavenly. Everytime I visit US, this is a must visit joint for me. No complaints with the food but the service was not up to the mark at this store.
It felt like the staff was annoyed that my friend and I went there to order. And they weren't even subtle about it. They showed absolute displeasure that they had to make fresh falafels for me. And this is when the store wasn't even busy at all.

I got a to-go order on Friday and didn’t realize till I was home that they had forgotten my pita. I called and asked if I could get a refund or come in another day. I came back on Monday and got my pita, as well as a couple extras as a sorry! Amazing amazing customer service. The workers are so kind and friendly and made my situation more than right.

The manager and staff were so nice when I went in here the day of the Superbowl parade. Usually you go into a place like this and it's just a regular old transaction but the people were so nice that it actually...this is going to sound cheesy, but...brightened my day? Thank you!

I went there just to use the bathroom, and the manager was so generous and pleasant. Ended up coming back later to get some more grub. The staff are friendly and lively. The meat is seasoned, veggies fresh, and fries crispy. The rice is simple but tender and fragrant. The sauces are also fresh and amazing. Will bring the rest of my family another day.
