I love their falafel bowls and fries. They're so fresh and heavenly. Everytime I visit US, this is a must visit joint for me. No complaints with the food but the service was not up to the mark at this store.

It felt like the staff was annoyed that my friend and I went there to order. And they weren't even subtle about it. They showed absolute displeasure that they had to make fresh falafels for me. And this is when the store wasn't even busy at...

I got a to-go order on Friday and didn’t realize till I was home that they had forgotten my pita. I called and asked if I could get a refund or come in another day. I came back on Monday and got my pita, as well as a couple extras as a sorry! Amazing amazing customer service. The workers are so kind and friendly and made my situation more than right.

The manager and staff were so nice when I went in here the day of the Superbowl parade. Usually you go into a place like this and it's just a regular old transaction but the people were so nice that it actually...this is going to sound cheesy, but...brightened my day? Thank you!
