The worst pizza ever I ordered a plain cheese pizza it was cold and uncooked,I ordered cheese fries they was cold and it only had about 10 fries,more cheese than fries, a 8 dollar milk shake that was watery it taste like sugar milk when I asked for it to have more cookies and it to be thick it was runny and the just threw a piece of cookie in,this is the worst pizza store every don’t go save your money

I placed a phone order , cheese burger platter with fries and extra fried onions, $13 it was awful 😞… it was extra onions but they were not fried and they were huge pieces yuck 🤢 and my fries had no salt or pepper like I asked and also they gave me 12 long pieces of fries that taste like old grease . Must be new ppl in there because when I went to pick up my order I didn’t know none of the faces won’t be going back

I love their food and customer service. I have missed their call about delivery a couple times and they were always nice and communicative about my orders. Definitely try their food if in the area.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE Yesterday I ordered for delivery, less than 2 miles distance- I was told delivery would be 15 min. After 30 minutes I called this restaurant and cashier apologized and said driver was 2 minutes away. I waited in my lobby and outside my building for an additional 30 minutes. Delivery never arrived and no one called to say why. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE!

Save your money wings trash and looked old pizza was doughy cheese slid off pizza first time I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day but this the second time food was messed up it’s no good pizza in this area maybe a little further up Germantown ave but this not it.

I love to order late night pizza from here. Whether its pick up or delivery, the staff is super friendly and always talk to you with a genuine smile on their face. The pizza is so good and the pepperoni is beef :) and the food is always fresh, I have ordered the pizza and wings from them before.

no issues with the customer service sweet chili flavor and garlic parm wings were good and pizza was nice and hot right out the oven when it arrived on delivery its a little pricey but will order in the future
