Ed's New London Pizza

I ordered food from here last night. Best damn food I've had from a pizza place that I can remember. No lie. Ordered a pizza for the kids and a stromboli for myself. Can't remember having better of either. I thought about it when I came home from work today. Been years since I've reminisced over previously eaten food 🤣🤣🤣🤣. It was amazing. Whoever that cook was he's brilliant.

We love this place. I believe they do their best and when it falls short of my expectations which is rare, I let them know. They always find a way to make it right. I am a loyal customer and the steak meat has gotten better, I'm such a picky eater. I think we are only human and mistakes get made. It's how we learn to do better. Ya gotta give people a break. I would imagine doing this kind of work can be stressful. Treating people like you would want to be treated is smart. On another note some of the prices are questionable. Sorry guys, 😳 like french fries. Are potatoes really that expensive? However I feel like all food prices everywhere aren't right anymore. I'm constantly thinking this is not even worth what I'm being charged. I can't eat out like I used to. I can't afford it. New London and it's employees do a great job. Thanks.

When ordering from here I suggest you ask for Lisa only! she's as sweet as candy 🍭. And will gladly help you with anything you need. I wouldn't order when the other person is there she's as mean as I don't know what.

What ever lady you have answering the phone to take orders, is the reason why you guys have lost a good customer today. Her attitude is always nasty. I usually deal with it, but today my order had issues and when trying to get it fixed she was really rude and argumentative as if i was inconveniencing her. We got it fix but before i was done talking she hung up on me.

Really horrible and annoying, not from the restaurant but from the one who brought the order today, it seems like they had thrown away the food and they put it in the bag, everything from the first tray was placed on top of the other orders. Seriously, I won't order food again if it arrives. in poor condition

I ordered a chicken finger platter, I received 3 chicken fingers in a bag with creamy Italian dressing. Called restaurant was offered to have fries Cole slaw abs salad sent again thru delivery 30 min while my chicken sits getting cold I told them to keep the profit and they wouldn't hear from my home again

Hoagies were tasteless . They want to charge one dollar more for pickles peppers oil oregano. The hoagie also had the ends of the turkey lunch meat in the hoagie! The brown part ok. Hoagie came with lettuce and tomato cheese that’s it! Worst ever ! I asked for salt, pepper, and ketchup up on my fries , there was just ketch no seasoning . Worst fries ever!

I just wish they'd stop putting menus on my front door. They stuffed THREE on my storm window. I can easily Google the spot if I'm looking for food.
