have been ordering from this place for a while.... no issues until there is... i placed a order for delivery, ... problem is... the kid at the counter answering phones is so soft spoken... you cant hear what he is saying.... im sure there is child labor laws that prohibit kids working at his age... so they took my order wrong.... delivered the food... i called to fix my order and got told the the roughly 12 year old kid that he said my order back... in which prior i was complaining i could not hear him... point being... they gave me pork in which im allergic to... i asked for my money back... and they refused.... i didnt appreciate how the situation was handled... they told me that they would send a driver out with money.... but would take the food back with them.... which is probably the most repulsive thing ive ever heard. Never heard of any food/restaurant or service that wouldnt just discard or refund the money especially me being a steady customer... also that i didnt complain about anything else in the order. these people lost my business.

Tuesday Night food was delicious. BUT, THEY NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL; I FOUND BIG PIECES OF EGG SHELL IN MY SHRIMP AND LOBSTER SAUCE. This can perforate the Intestines and Kill Someone. IF IT happens again, the Dept. Of Health will be notified. No oppty. To show photo.

THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The food here is FABULOUS I LOVEE the food here it is so good I can’t even talk when I’m eating this restaurant foods. This is the best Chinese food restaurant. The service is also super nice the lady that takes the order is always so kind and she is also very patient. This restaurant is also super clean I’ve been ordering here for over 3 years already. The delivery is also super kind and he always stay on time when delivering. This restaurant never messes up my order for the past 3 years I’ve been ordering here. I RECOMMEND you guys order here.

Horrible customer service. This place is very dirty and filthy. If you want diarrhea’s this is the place for you. I purchased a dinner with them and had to throw away $64 worth of food that made your stomach feel sick. I went to the bathroom several times the next morning. When I spoken with them about this they denied the entire thing and just didn’t care about the problem at all. They said it wasn’t their fault that I had diarrhea the next morning. What a great way to handle this situation with customer putting the blame on the customer.

The food is always good. Food is always delivered fast. However, the lady who takes the orders is trash. She’s rude and has no customer service skills. Messed up my husbands order then tried to gaslight him to believe he ordered the food that came. I had to hop on the phone and correct her and tell her no he didn’t I heard him myself. She then proceeded to say “ok so how you wanna do this?” And I said “your the business, you messed up what do you wanna do?”. She goes “I’m asking for your opinion” with an attitude. 1. As a business if you mess up somebody’s food apologize first don’t gaslight them to believe they ordered wrong. Have integrity. 2. Just send them the right food after!!!! I had to yell at her because she was being so ignorant then I hung up.
