Nice sandwich spot for the family. Hot roast beef, wings and French onion soup are some of our favorites. Great prices and a fun place to grab a bite, have a beer and catch the game in the area.

My fried cheesecake was top top, I had dessert first then food,everything we ordered was really good and service, I don’t remember the name of the girl, but she was very very nice. The prices a reasonable. The had an music live there Friday I was there, you also can go I have a spot with friends to celebrate your birthday. It was very nice place.

When you are in a location that has been notoriously known for shutting down, literally like ten restaurants in that location have already shut down. You should have exquisite and perfection, customer service. When you walk in at eight thirty to put your name to get a table and there are people in front of you telling you they have been waiting an hour and still had not even put in their name to get a table that is called disgraceful customer service. Your food is mediocre. You have no business during the week and yet, you don't have three hostess (knowing ur going to be busy) waiting to treat your customers to a good experience? I didn't know I was in some fancy Midtown Manhattan restaurant where it takes an hour to put your name in and I've been in this business for a very long time. I went to school to learn how to manage a business like this. This is not good management. You need more people there. How dare you and your mediocre food make me or anyone wait an hour just to put a name in to get a seat at a place That's never busy any other time. As far as #shotofsouthern? Really, you're a coverband last week. It was twenty five dollars to get in to see a cover band and this week it takes an hour just to put your name in to get a table? Let me say it again, you are a cover band never again.

Sour skunked stella. Followed by sour skunked lager. Followed by French onion soup that was pretty much just garlic soup. Followed by shrimp Alfredo that was just not good. I don't actually remember the last time I consumed that many gross things back to back. And paid for it too its like it all came out of the dumpster. I remember why I stopped going here now.

Love Nick's since the 70s when they were located on corner of Samson!! Their roast beef sandwiches are the best in the area....don't mind driving to it's last stand❤️❤️

Building is hidden, beat up, hole in the wall bar vibe. Came on a Friday night, they were hosting a band, requested to be far away from the band got put in the front room attached to the patio, where they previously hosted a party earlier in the day and never cleaned so we were sat and had to wait for the table to be cleaned. Party of 5, just a few of the mistakes included:
1. Ordered boneless wings, got bone in
2. ordered a surfside original tea got a lemonade.
3. Ordered 4 open face roast beef sandwiches got 3 and one was missing toppings, the fourth didn’t come but 30 minutes later.
4. No salt, pepper or silverware on the table. 5. Ordered a margarita got a shot of tequila with a glass full of sweet and sour mix
6. ordered a Jack and coke, got it served in a shot glass.
7. Ordered an appetizer sampler everything was cold and stuff I could’ve gotten from the food store and cooked better myself.

Very disappointed in everything and will not be returning, shame I’ve ordered catering for my office multiple times with no issues, but apparently this business should remain a catering business and not a sit down restaurant.

Apparently training a new cook, not the time to do it on a Friday night. Train during the day or less popular times.

Service is great, food is great, atmosphere is great. The bar is a good size. I went to watch one of my favorite bands perform, Gruvtyme. Great show! The patrons were great, the servers were great. Everything was great! ?
