We went for BBQ and it was a horrible experience, the floor is super slippery, the servers act like you’re disturbing them, the food was not worth it, it took us 3 hours to finish eating because the server didn’t turn our stove on correctly, just go to gyukaku it is much better.

Absolutely rude servers and no broth top offs in the tiny bowls? Almost dry by the time things are done. Absolutely ridiculous

I was really excited to try Nine Ting after seeing so many positive Google reviews, but unfortunately the experience fell short. The food wasn’t the worst, but the service was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed genuinely unhappy to be there and came off as very rude, making us feel like we were bothering them just by dining there. No one checked on us even once, and we even had trouble trying to flag someone down to ask for anything.

The bbq was bland and chewy, while the hot pot broth was just okay, nothing special. At one point, a plate of seafood pancake was placed on top of a dirty dish instead of it being cleared first. The seafood pancake was actually the best thing we had, but the unwelcoming atmosphere and poor service really took away from the experience and made this a disappointing visit.

Not really. Very low grade meat and very low quality veggies. Some of the meat smelled foul and veggies were dry. There better options there.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would! Bad service and bad food. The meat were bad and not fresh, plates were dirty, floors were greasy, no vents, and the the ceiling was open. They don't know how to marinate their meat. Their bulgogi isn't even marinated and prepared correctly!

Take your money somewhere else!

Nine-Ting is easily one of my favorite places to eat — if not the favorite. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. I first came here with a friend who introduced me to it, and I loved it so much that I later brought my mom. That visit is one I’ll never forget — we had such a wonderful time together enjoying the meal and the experience.

The staff are amazing — friendly, welcoming, and excellent at giving suggestions if you’re unsure what to order. The atmosphere is fantastic, and every visit feels relaxed and enjoyable. They also had a location in Bensalem, which unfortunately is no longer open, but the downtown location is just as good, with the same great food and experience. Shenna worked there and was amazing — I loved her so much and really miss her

Highly recommend Nine-Ting for anyone looking for incredible food, a fun atmosphere, and genuinely kind staff!

First time eating here in a while, and definitely my last. There were only about two other tables besides mine, with three servers working. Even though it wasn’t busy, it was almost impossible to call one over. They all looked lazy and exhausted despite the fact that there weren’t many customers.

Our server seemed new, as other staff were correcting her during service. Still, she yawned in our faces while taking our order. When we asked for napkins, she just stood there until we repeated ourselves, then responded with, “Yeah, I know,” while staring at us.

Throughout the meal, she ignored us when we tried to get her attention for a grill change or to clear plates. Another server with glasses also walked past us multiple times, visibly annoyed, and ignored us as well. To top it off, when she asked if we were ready to pay and we said yes, she muttered “oh my God” under her breath.

The service was unprofessional, slow, and dismissive. No wonder the place was empty. Safe to say, we won’t be returning.
