Walked 3 terminals to get here and they are closed. Rating low because they should have warned people! Very upset.
Very disappointing. $20 gets you some VERY salty tonkotsu ramen, which is just pulled pork in overly salty broth. The ordering kiosk is also super slow and laggy; just use your phone. $16 gets you TWO pieces of tuna sashimi. Fingers crossed I don’t get food poisoning.
The one good thing: These guys get food out FAST.
Best airport food ever, and I travel a lot. It's actually good food in general.
I wish I’d checked the other reviews before I ordered from this place!!!
I have no idea why this place has a dine in, you’re better off ordering takeout and eat at the table. I put in my order at 1:18pm, had to remind the waiter to atleast bring out the juice first @ 11:38pm (while she proceeded to serve other guests who came after me). Well, let’s just say I didn’t get that until 2:15pm after demanding to cancel my order. I understand the pricing because it’s in an airport but man does the food suck. Never have I seen a shredded pork in ramen noodles (it’s just not standard and it didn’t match the photo they had presented on the menu), the soup taste was disgusting. The sight of it was disheartening and with one taste…oh well, I had to switch it out for something else and they decided to retaliate by serving me with a take out bowl 😂 instead of the usual ceramic bowl they were serving other guests with—very dismissive! I still cannot wrap my head around how they can messed up a simple ramen noodles soup. Please do better.
Best airport meal I’ve had in a while. The portion size is large. Get the teriyaki beef bowl it was fresh and had great flavor.
I’m writing this because I believe the owner or management team needs to be aware of how one of their employees treated me this morning. I stopped by NOOBAR at around 7 AM near Gate B7. I was hungry and ordered the breakfast fried rice to go, which came out to about $18. I understand airport pricing, so that wasn’t an issue—I just wanted a decent meal before my flight.
After getting my food, I realized I still had some time before boarding, so I sat at one of their tables to eat. The restaurant was mostly empty aside from a family of four, and plenty of tables were available. While I was quietly eating, an employee (I didn’t catch her name, but she had a visible eye condition—only mentioning this for identification purposes) approached me and rudely told me I needed to leave because my food was ordered “to-go.”
Now, I could maybe understand this if the restaurant was packed or people were waiting for tables—but it wasn’t. The tone she used was completely unnecessary and left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t argue because I didn’t want to cause a scene, but it was frustrating and frankly, a little humiliating.
If the expectation is that to-go orders can’t be eaten at the table even when seats are clearly available, then that needs to be posted somewhere or explained nicely. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially when someone is just trying to enjoy a quick breakfast in peace before a flight.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior. Situations like this reflect poorly on the business and turn away future customers.
Very slow. Very disappointed. I had to fill in a complicated form to cancel my order. Kitchen is understaffed. They can’t even do the cancellation from their side.
I had the Crispy Chicken Katsu.
Really nice wait staff but this was probably the most flavorless ramen I’ve ever had.
Outrageously overpriced mediocre food

Ordered beef teriyaki and stir fried pak choi. Food arrived in around ten minutes, freshly cooked in the open kitchen in front of us.
Very good quality beef and tasted great, little salty but understandable for teriyaki. Nice to have something not fried and a chicken tender in a US airport.
Service very quick and helpful. Atmosphere could have been better as a lot of people were sitting in seats not ordering so it was crowded out and kind of a gate seating area as well.

I want to state that I totally understand that I am in an airport and that prices will be up there. But $13.79 for 3 little burnt Philly cheesesteak dumplings? Total bill was 3 items for $80 including tip. I guess I should’ve checked the reviews before ordering.
The waitress there was nice but the interaction felt awkward especially paying through her tablet. The food in general was very mid. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The cauliflower rice description says “ Riced cauliflower, carrots, onion, peppers, scallions and soy sauce”
If they had put an ounce of thought it could have tasted amazing. Instead it’s this chunky cauliflower bits with some shreds of carrots and one piece of onion and one small bit of bell pepper and no scallion no taste no flavor.
It’s $17 plus taxes for this thoughtless creation!
Anyone with an ounce of culinary knowledge and a bit of heart could have made something edible.

Worst pad Thai I’ve ever had in my life. Literally drowning in oil with no spices whatsoever. Terrible. Do not eat here. The only good part was the nice waitress
