This place is CRAZY good. We've been twice in the last month and both times were amazing. It is a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

Excellent experience. Food was delicious and the waiter was fantastic. I got a non alcoholic drink and it was delightful. Tip is included so that was annoying but they deserved it.

This is a very nice spot. I’ve been here a few times used to have a condo in the area within walking distance. They have good drinks, good food and it’s a very unique vibe.

Another incredible neighborhood favorite for us. Food is great, lots of options and they have the best fries in the area.

This was one of the first restaurants we tried when we moved to the neighborhood and it’s been a regular spot for us ever since. The food is consistently delicious (the burger is not to be missed) the vibes are welcoming and funky, and the drinks are solid. If you like dirty martinis, try the EVO martini. They also have specials every day that are always amazing (if you see the linguine and clams, get it). Whether you’re feeling a comfort meal or something a little more elevated, they have it and do it all really well.

Went to North Third last night for a late night dinner. This was one of my wife's favor hangout and it did not disappoint. I love the ambiance and the decor of the place. The drinks where amazing, and the food was delicious. I had their hot burger which is one of the new menu items and it was juicy and perfectly cooked. If you're looking for a hole in the wall unassuming place with great service and tasty food this is the place to be. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would visit again.

I personally did not go to North third, but while I was in the hospital my fiance went there frequently. One of the bartenders names was Gabe, we called him Mango Gabe. Because I had to stay hydrated, and I had a Mango obsession. So Gabe would give my fiance a can of Mango Nector to bring me in the hospital. And they have the best macaroni and cheese, I would make my fiance get me some every time he went. Great place and amazing staff.

Not easy to find a late night spot to dine in. But North Third was available offering its full menu. I order a crisp apple walnut salad with grilled chicken and Thai wings with peanuts. Food visually appealing! Taste- very good

I recently revisited North 3rd, a spot I enjoyed when I first moved to Philadelphia, drawn in by its inviting, art-filled atmosphere and neighborhood charm. Unfortunately, this time the food and service fell far short of the promise set by its warm, eclectic interior.

After browsing the menu, we decided on the Pickle Juice Martini, French Onion Soup, Mac & Cheese, Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich, and the Pork Italiano Sandwich with Eggplant Fries. The drink arrived quickly, and the rest of the food followed just as fast — all at once. There was no coursing or pacing; the soup and sandwiches landed on the table simultaneously, creating a rushed and disjointed dining experience.

The service was infrequent and lackluster throughout the meal, ultimately earning a disappointing 2.5 out of 5 stars.

The food was, quite simply, underwhelming. The Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich arrived as a towering mass of fried breading with barely a trace of chicken inside — after one bite, it was clear the sandwich was mostly crispy coating rather than actual meat. 2/5 stars.

The Pulled Pork Italiano Sandwich fared no better. Served on a long seeded roll, it contained minimal pork hidden beneath layers of cheese and spinach, resulting in an overly salty, unbalanced bite that was nearly inedible.

The Mac & Cheese was uninspired and almost entirely devoid of flavor — two bites were enough to set it aside.

The French Onion Soup, however, was a small saving grace. Comforting and classic, it delivered as expected.

The eggplant fries were decent, offering a slight reprieve from the otherwise disappointing meal.

The Pickle Juice Martini, made with bottom-shelf vodka, was surprisingly tolerable, though unremarkable. 3/5 stars.

Where North 3rd truly shines is in its atmosphere. The walls adorned with vibrant paintings, the cozy, dim lighting, and the lively (if slightly loud) music created a setting that felt inviting and intimate. 5/5 stars.

At a total of $73 (including a 20% tip), the price felt steep and left me with regret, especially considering we barely touched much of the food and even had the chicken sandwich removed from the bill. Overall, we rate the experience a 2/5 — a place with great potential in its ambiance, but unfortunately let down by its food and service.
