I took 14 friends to Ocean City Restaurant for my birthday last week and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and we were well hosted -- the staff did a great job looking after us!

I don’t see any reason to go to any other dim sum spot in Chinatown, this one is perfect. It opens at 10:30am and when I arrived at 10:45am, it was already packed. The staff were very welcoming and explained the different tea options to me. I was even suggested to wait and let it brew a bit. There were a congee cart, dim sum cart, and dessert cart fully stocked around all the time, as well as some specialty items like coconut milk and pork bun. I absolutely loved the beef tripe, turnip cake, shrimp rice rolls, and greens, but my favorite were the chicken feet. I know that not everyone enjoys it, but to me this is a delicacy. In the evening, there was some music and entertainment.

It’s too expensive. The two of us didn’t eat anything. We had to tip 5$ if we weren’t full. We ate for over 80 bucks. The price for having morning tea is simply robbery. The boss is so evil ?

I came here with a large group to eat dimsum. The food arrived to us on carts. We got to choose our food. The worker also gave us recommendations. My favorites were the shrimp rolls, shrimp siumai, shengjianbao, Chinese broccoli and the egg tarts.

Really nice place to go on a Sunday afternoon. You have to order off of roving carts, which may be daunting for some but was a fun experience for me. I liked their take on daikon radish cakes—they were fried. The tea was good. The service was very good. The cashier had cool nails and was friendly. The cost was quite reasonable. I felt full by the end and it cost me and my friends only $20.70 per person including tax and tip.

Best dim sum experience in Philly Chinatown so far, better execution than Ocean Harbor

The food. Disgusting. The service horrendous. The servers mixed up everyones order and kept bringing random items to the table. (only 3 tables in the whole restaurant had customers). When we finally got our food, we tried to eat it but it was gross so we ordered something else. Then the server yelled at the table for not liking the food and finally at the end, they mixed up the split checks and we had to pay twice because they couldn't figure out what they were doing.I cannot recommend this to anyone and really hope that they can get some new management to figure out organization. But as it stands, this is the worst place Ive tried in chinatown.

Complete scam of a place. Small plates of dim sum costs 6.95. Literally got 4 pieces of siu mai, 8 pieces of spare ribs, one bowl of sticky rice and 2 lofts of bread for $30. I dont know if its the bunch price as well but never go get dim sum after 3PM, you will be ripped off.

Under new management! The food was better than I remembered and we went on a weekday. The dim sum cart is still alive and well at this location. The shrimp shumai and the stuffed peppers were my favorite. I would recommend this place and they do the credit card with a surcharge.
