Everything was delicious except for the calamari. They were not tender at all. We were celebrating my friend's service. They were very attentive to him and us, so our experience was very nice.

John was an astute gentleman. It was my Fiancée’s birthday and both of our first times. They even created a Happy Birthday Menu! All of the food was top notch and delicious. We will absolutely be back.
We had a party of 10 on a Thursday night. The food was outstanding. I was disappointed with the overall service however, and mainly with our primary server. For a restaurant of this caliber I expect a bit more attentiveness, especially with a larger party. I was VERY frequently looking over my shoulder trying to find our server for one thing or another. Several times I had to remind him of an order that was placed by one of our party.

Outstanding service from Jared. Ordered what was supposed to be an aged ribeye (medium), but the tenderness wasn't there, I didn't return it, but should have. Then i remembered that i returned the last 1 when i was there a year ago. I bring my wife here on her birthdays, she was happy with the lobster tails, but I may have to find another place for a good quality ribeye though.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The staff is kind and knowledgeable of all items on the menu. Found a new favorite drink called Black Orchid. I had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. All the side were delicious and the goat cheese ravioli was my favorite. 😍

My friends and I made reservations for 9. We arrived early and sat at the bar. Top tier service btw. We were seated exactly at 9 and our waiter tended to our every need. If you ever go to Ocean Prime, get the Berries and Bubbles. SO GOOD! We went during Restaurant Week in Philly and chose to eat from that menu but I will definitely be back to try their entire menu. That butter cake, oh my God. 1000/10!
Unfortunately I didn’t have a great dining experience as my reservations were scheduled at 8pm when sat at my table I waited about 20 minutes for my server to come over only for server to then leave and tell me he was coming back only for a different server to come back and tell that I now have two servers both opening and closing which I thought would be great! However that was not the case there was a wait for our drinks once we received our drinks we waited at least another 20 minutes to order appetizers only for the menu to be explained improperly it was really confusing we then waited again for a while the appetizers once received we then left for about 30-35 minutes before we could order our main course we were never offered refills on our drinks or asked how everything was so far only to be left for a long period where people started coming to collect of dishes because they thought we were done for the evening. We proceeded to tell them that we were not done we had not received our main dish only for the server to come over and tell us it takes 18 minutes for the steak and lobster in the broiler I thought to myself this is strange so what happened to the other 30 minutes we were sitting here waiting?? The whole experience was horrible I came there to celebrate a friends birthday and was very shocked and disappointed by the time we received our food it was late we had to leave so we had our food box along with the birthday cake that could not be enjoyed the amount of my bill for my food only to be boxed to go in the end is insane. I called the restaurant to ask for a manager my name and phone number was taken only to have never received a reply. I will not be returning to Ocean Prime unfortunately
