Ordered 2 coffees, a bagel and a wrap. The cashier (rather unfriendly) informs me it will be 10 minutes for the wrap. No problem, assuming I will have my coffee to sip while waiting. I wait patiently 10+ minutes for the coffee. They serve several other customers still not a hint that I will have my coffee. I finally ask for my coffee and she acts surprised and a bit put off by my “request”but serves my coffee. The wrap and bagel are finally finished. She essentially throws my bag on the counter. Second coffee no where in sight. I wait for her to appear again and when she does she says “your wrap is there.” I say “what about my other coffee?” She says “oh, yes you did”. Clearly not remembering my simple order and again with an attitude and no apology.After all of that, the wrap was not very good.I really don’t mind people forgetting or making mistakes. It happens, but have some grace and hubris. Don’t make me feel like I am somehow imposing upon you.

Stopped by with two teenagers for lunch. Spacious cafe with chill vibe makes you want to hang around. Nice selection of drinks. Food was fresh, portions generous, service friendly, and prices very reasonable. Enjoy!

Great coffee with a lot of different options and milk alternatives. My only gripe with this location, is the service. The barista I had was very cold and off putting, which ended in me not being able to order what I wanted. I was trying to order something off the menu and she cut me off and told me they “can’t do that” because they don’t have a kitchen. If you plan on coming here, know that you will be limited to what you can get and also- no straws.Shortly after leaving this review, I overheard three employees talking about me. Changing my review from 4 stars to 3 and not coming back as this is an extreme example of unprofessionalism and bad customer service.

The place responded to me saying they are trying to be sustainable by not having straws (even tho straw can be made out of many things besides just plastic), but they still have me a drink in a disposable plastic cup lol. Greenwashing at its finest

Really wonderful cosy coffee shop! This place does a fantastic coffee and were more than happy to make me a flat white (I'm a Brit so that's my go to drink). The pastries are great too! The service is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. If I'm back in Philly I'll be coming back here!

I came for some coffee but keep coming back for the friendliness. Rarely have I intentionally kept coming back to a coffee shop just because the atmosphere is so welcoming. The coffee and pastries are amazing, but the real reason I come back is because a I sit at the table working, over and over again the employees here are kind and genuine to everyone who walks in the door. They sincerely make my morning better by their kindness. Much appreciate it! Come here and support good coffee and food and good people!
