I order lamp chops all the time and Mac and cheese and candy yams I always get a side a Mac and also oldboys juice can’t go wrong no bullshit or turkey wing them jawns do one thing no bullshit one thing bout me if it’s nasty ima let you kno I don’t care but been goin to them for the last 7 years

I ordered through DoorDash and it came up to almost $50 and that includes the $5 tip to the dasher. My real price was $38.50 for two platters and 2 extra sides.

2 Whiting fish platters with candied yams and cabbage. Portions for everything was small-medium in my opinion but I am also 5 months pregnant so I am a bit greedy right now 😂. Everything was seasoned well, perfect I think for anyone’s taste buds. If you still like soul food that gives you high cholesterol or diabetes this ain’t for you. I felt fed and comfortable after my platter.

The extra sides I got were the Mac & cheese and yams for my son and they both were delicious but for $4 I was expecting the container to be full. Maybe I need to go in person too because they forgot my cornbread. Overall great food so thank you.

Fish was over cooked with no flavor. Mac and yams were a 4/10. Portions small.

The Mac was soooo dry it was crazy. Yams gave canned vibes and had no flavor. Cabbage were pretty salty but they were ok. The only thing that was ever room temperature were the hot honey wings. They were ok, but I got a bone that was sauced but had no meat.

Forget what everyone else talking about. They have great customer service here. The fellas went above and beyond to see that I was taking care of. They could have refunded me my money but instead without me having to ask they offered to bring me the cake they forget to put in my uber eats bag. I appreciate yall.

They went above and beyond to my sand my family tonight! Door dash person picked up the wrong order, then dropped it back off at the store and didn’t bring my order. They sent someone to deliver my food. I am forever grateful! Will order again! Food was good cabbage a little salty but other than that great food.

ME AND MY FAMILY DROVE 2HRS TO PHILADELPHIA BECAUSE OF A FRIEND WHO PATRONIZE THE OL BOYS SOUL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. UPON WALKING IN DIDN'T SEE ON ONLINE WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN'T WEAR WASHINGTON REDSKINS ATTIRE. SO AS I WALK IN I WAS STOPPED AT THE DOOR BECAUSE I WAS WEARING WASHINGTON REDSKINS ATTIRE THE OWNER OF OL BOYS SOUL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT HAD SAID TO ME. I WAS SO SHOCK AND STUNNED BECAUSE ME AND MY FAMILY HAS TO DRIVR TWO HOURS BACK TO DC EMPTY HANDED. I DON'T KNOW IF THE OWNER HAS SHARES IN THE PHILADELPHIA EAGLES ORGANIZATION BUT I DIDNT HEAR THAT THE JEFFREY STOPPED WASHINGTON COMMANDER FANS FROM COMING INTO THE LINCOLN FINANCIAL STADIUM THE NIGHT OF THE NFC CONFERENCE. MY FAMILY AND I WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHAT APPEARED TO BE A BLACK OWNED BUSINESS REFUSING SWRVICE TO US. IT WAS A HARSH REALITY BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FANATICS AND BUSINESS PROFIT AND WORK PLACE STABILITY. NOW MY WIFE HAS NO FAITH THAT IF I COME UP HERE AGAIN WITH IR WITHOUT HER THAT IT WILL NOT BE PLEASANT FOR ME. THANK YOU GOD BLESS
