Came in at 7:59 and was coldly told the deli was closed. I don’t understand why the deli was closed a hour ahead of closing. I felt uncomfortable in the store by the coldness, lack of greeting and no regard to inform me the deli hours so I know for the future. Will not return

Great store. I had the tuna, turkey, and chicken salad hoagies (not in one sitting). Breakfast sandwich and salads are good too. They were all made correctly and with care and were tasty. The convenience store is clean and well stocked with a surprising variety of items. Thank goodness for this store!

Nice location, friendly service and quality ingredients. All the components of a successful deli are all there but I just don't think they try hard enough. Big selection of sandwiches but none of them are ever made correctly or all have some weird twist that you don't expect. As an example on the most recent visit had the turkey panini. Everything you need a turkey panini was there, but it was cold inside. Simply had not been pressed properly. If you get a cold sandwich they give you chips, but its taco chips. Why? Its just not right. They use weird bread. Prices are reasonable for the area. I just wish the workers would try a little harder to get things right and fine tune around the edges. Might be good idea for the owners to visit some other deli's like the Korean on JFK and see how he operates that joint.

The worst rueben sandwich I ever had. For $7.99 you'll get two tiny pieces of bread half filled with meat, little bit of sauerkraut, and almost no dressing. It was very dry and not tasty at all.

So delicious! Nestled within the train station. We ordered a Breakfast Wrap with Sausage and Avocado. Very filling! We eat ate half and stayed full for several hours. The staff was friendly and the service was super quick! A few tables to eat at in front of the cafe which is nice. Fairly clean and quiet area of the station.

Always a great spot for A breakfast or a lunch sandwich!

Terrible customer service - avoid this location at all cost. They just capitalize on prime location for university students but that doesn't give you a right to be rude.

They obviously don't carw about the customers. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had any softer bread bcuz the Rye bread is ALWAYS HARD for the CornBeef Special. Well I had 1 today and it was TERRIBLE. THE BREAD WAS STALE AND THEY DIDN'T PUT THE SANDWHICH TOGETHER PROPERLY WHICH MADE FOR A SLOPPY CUT. I WORK AT UPENN AND I WILL DEF MAKE SURE TO LET MY CO-WORKERS KNOW ABOUT THIS AND WE WON'T BE GOING HERE ANYMORE. TO SPEND ANYWHERE FROM $15-$27 FOR STALE SANDWHICHES IS REDICULOUS

Food is always good but the staff clearly hate their job. They acted annoyed when you ask a question and barely even respond.

The food here is always nice but the convenience items are usually sold at a bit of a markup compared to other places, but that really doesn't matter for me.
