My third time getting chicken tenders since I loved Church's at this location for years. At first I wasn't happy with $11.99 for only two tenders and fries so walked out. Went back thinking let me give them a try and they were good. Breading was on the well done side but chicken was good. Fries were okay. Not a huge waffle fry fan prefer McD type. Went back 10/11/24 and they were awful. Not crispy just marinated in some weird sauce. I saw the guy applying something and thought what is THAT about? Just now Thursday evening 10/17/24 7.40p I tried again. Explained my previous bad experience to a very nice woman and she helped me get what I wanted. Three tenders no fries with blue cheese dip. Tenders this time were done to perfection by a gentleman who clearly knew what he was doing and stood by listening to me. Bravo to him.

A bit disappointed, the sandwich shows a picture with slaw but none on the sandwich. Also the seasoning is regular hot sauce, not hot and I paid 16.00 for this and a bottled soda (not fountain).Last time coming here.
After seeing all the Hype around this restaurant opening up, I was completely disappointed with what I received. This is a classical example of where we are in the Food world today. Another hot chicken place, jumping on a bandwagon and thinking that they will be the next big thing thanks to social media!!!! The Internet will definitely draw attention in, but with a product as subpar as what I received, I’m quite sure that the majority of the people will not be coming back!!!! Let’s start with the location, if I’m being honest, it’s in a really horrible neighborhood. The art on the wall inside was also a catastrophic eyesore. Then you have the oversized area in which you order that makes absolutely no sense to have all of that space and it’s not even being utilized in anyway functional that serves a purpose. I would say, put some tables in there, but then again on second thought considering the neighborhood, I wouldn’t even blame you to keep it empty. Chicken was absolutely bland and had zero flavor whatsoever, the overall sandwich was cold, and the OMG sauce was exactly that, OMG, what the hell is this trying to be? I have never been wrong in the past when I call which restaurants will be going out of business, and I guarantee you that this one will not withstand the test of times and will be for sale really really soon, and hopefully for them they will find someone just as delusional as they were to jump on the hot chicken bandwagon thinking that they could become the next successful fly by night TIK TOK restaurateur!!!

I really wanted to like the food but unfortunately it was very flavorless. Least to say OMG Not Hotchicken. :(
I was already upset when my partner asked me to step inside with him to place an order. The dining room is massive but devoid of tables; instead, the walls are adorned with low bit rate, pixelated decal art—one even of a chicken in a lab coat that gave me major Patrick Bateman vibes.
The cashier was kind enough, except that she had just been harassed by a customer who was repeatedly and lecherously asking for her age, etc., so the service we were offered was cool and despondent.
But the food is an absolute travesty. While I can disagree that the food was cold (ours was quite hot, indeed) and that the food was bland (I don’t believe the food was devoid of flavor; in fact, the fries were quite tasty and reminded me of Arby’s curly fries, despite being of the waffle variety), I have to embrace the reviews that seem to hint at the chicken being fried in days-old grease.
After the first bite, I was met with an extremely unpleasant mouthfeel that felt as much as it tasted of old grease, and within actual minutes my stomach was turning over itself, painfully. It was, without qualification, the single worst fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten, and we skipped off to Asad’s immediately thereafter for food that hopefully won’t make us ill.
Save your money and certainly go elsewhere.
