One Pound Cheese Steak

I Decided To Try This Place after Driving By It A Few Times Now That Im A New Resident Of The Area, So I Called Twice And No One Answered, I Actually Called From 2 Different Numbers And No One Answered Either One. So I Then Walked To The Location And Was Met At A Window by A Woman Who Was Short With Black Hair And Rude She Didn’t Say Much But Was Very Short With Her Interaction And Cleary Didn't want To Be There. I Ordered A 1ft Cheesesteak With Fries And Waited 20mins While Others Pulled Up And Ordered At The Window Just As I Did And Got There Food Right Away Finally When I Went To The Window And Asked Where My Food Was, And I Was Ignored For a Few Mins Then I Finally Tapped On The Window And Was Told That She Would Be With Me and Then Appeared and randomly Gave Me a Small Bag That Had Both The Fries And Steak in It. When I Got Home The Steak Was HORRIBLE It Was COLD Cheese Whiz on The Steak Which Made The Meat Cold as Well, The Fries Were Good But Had A lot Of Catsup Which I Never Asked For, The Overall The Experience Was NOT GOOD and a Waste Of My $15 I Should At Least Get a Remake Of the Steak

Just ordered an “Italian Hoagie” from this place today “July 21, 2019” and this was by far the worst Hoagie my Family and I ever ate in our life. The bread was ROCK SOLID (You could probably break off your dentures if you had any) There was only a super thin layer of Ham, Cheese, Bologne, and Salami going through the bread. The whole Hoagie was pretty much lettuce and tomatos. They didn’t even put Onions, Oil and Vinegar (When I told them to add all of that to the Hoagie)... It was pretty much a ham and cheese sandwich. They didn’t even get the “Italian” part of I’m ordering an “Italian Hoagie” ... no type of meat at all lol ... Like I’m legit laughing while I’m writing this at how bad this was. My daughter couldn’t even eat her part of the “Italian Hoagie” lmao

The food is always good but don’t waste your time calling in. They can be in position to answer and often will not. This has been my experience. The food is good though.

Food place is horrible, and they aren’t even sanitary in there. A bunch of bugs in the windows, and they even have mice. The neighborhood is a hellhole, I wouldn’t suggest eating from here. The steak doesn’t taste fresh and their stingy with the cheese.Also that cashier has an attitude

It wasn’t an actual cheesesteak at all I couldn’t tell if they chopped up meatball or ground beef but it was not a cheesesteak. It smelled and tasted sour. It made me sick to my stomach. The meat was pale in color. Mystery meat! Never again!!!!

the meat is so dry no flavor at all, my cheese fries weren’t even cheese fries they tasted like old feet and the fries were so cold. I asked the cashier for the receipt to see my order and it was right.. why did it come out like that at least the cashier is nice.

I ordered a hot sausage sandwich off Doordash and it barely came with any sausage. it also included American cheese even though I didn't order mine with it since I can't really eat cheese. There was no option to add cheese to a sausage sandwich and the description didn’t say that cheese automatically came on it so I’m not sure what happened. Maybe my order got mixed up with someone else's? I probably won't order from here through Doordash again, but maybe I will if I’m in the neighborhood.
