Today, Wednesday, March 26th, I had the apple walnut salad from the new spring specials menu for lunch. As always, Tiffany came right over to take my drink order with a warm smile. She is a joy to see and always brings a positive energy to my visits. I've been coming to the Oregon Diner for over 20 years, as I live nearby and visit often. In all that time, I’ve never had a bad experience—the food is consistently great, and the staff is always welcoming. Tiffany’s cheerful demeanor never fails to brighten my day, making each visit even more enjoyable.

The Oregon Diner looks nice from the street and has lots of off street parking. We were seated quickly, and our server came to take our drink and food order quickly. The food came out pretty quickly as well. The menu is very large in terms of the number of items. The portions are large and a good value for the price. The food is probably what you would expect for the prices as well.

A Philly classic and esp treasured as the number of true diners in the city has diminished. Extensive traditional diner menu with many daily specials. Cocktail menu available and complimentary wine with some dishes. Food is always well prepared with generous portions. Excellent service and enticing bakery case.

Stick to simple, trusted items. The burgers, salads and breakfast are always great and large portions.
Do not expect high quality with complicated items. For example they use canned cheese and bacon bits on the loaded potato skins. The tuna salad isn't too fresh and just tuna and mayo. But the portions are always large and service is good so I will return again for the items I like.

I'm slowly becoming a regular here lol Staff is always wonderful and genuinely seem to like working with each other (a rarity in food service). Food is always excellent and the prices imo are the most reasonable I've seen for a diner. They renovated a few months ago and the change has really lightened the place up. Cannot recommend this place enough!
