I'm not one to write negative reviews but just ordered through Uber eats. The General tous chicken had a bad after taste. I could not finish it and had to throw it away. Would not recommend it.

I ordered via UBER Eats. I ordered 2 bottles of Pepsi with my order and when the UBER Eats person brought me the bag, I already noted that its not there just by looking at the bag. i opened it in front of him and it wasn't there. He told me to call the restaurant and they will either re-deliver or refund me. I called ORIENTAL KITCHEN and the person who picked up the phone said that the manager was on another call and will get back to me. He even confirmed my phone number. After no call back after 10 minutes, I called them back and now it's a non working number. So, basically, I was charged for items that I never got. When I try to rate my order, I get "Something went wrong trying while loading this screen. Please try again."

As I was ordering food I looked behind the lady taking the order and saw a rat running in the kitchen. The food wasn't good either and it was too cold to go to another chino spot so we had no choice but to give up our money and accept it. The walk getting there was treacherous it had snow and ice on the side walks and was very slippery. Will not be doing that agin 1/10 would not recommend.

sent the wrong items and the wrong sizes....missing basic chinese takeout items(soy sauce, duck sauce,hot mustard.Then i decided to taste it and it all went in the garbage. THE WORST. And didn't seem to care when I called.

Ordered DoorDash and got - general Tso chicken (came with pork fried rice) This was just ok. Not my favorite, but was decent. The pork fried rice also wouldn't have been my choice. - chicken noodle soup I liked this. Hit the spot. - crab Rangoon roll (1) Was fine - cheesesteak egg roll (1) Ehhh fine - shrimp egg roll (1) Didn't love - dumplings These were great!!!

Ordered on Uber Eats and it was sooo good!!! They were out of Sesame Balls but replaced with a slice of cheesecake and I’m very pleased! Great service! Definitely ordering the Pork buns again! And they had my favorite, dumplings ??

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This place needs to be shut down immediately . I placed an order on Uber Eats, I had ordered a few of the pork buns, when my food arrived, I took out the buns, and found a razor blade inside one of the buns!!! An actual razor balde, it was rusted and stuck to the bun, this is entirely unacceptable and an immense safety and health hazard. I will never order from here again.

Food was greasy! The grease left in the bag is an understatement! Cheesesteak egg roll had no meat but lots of onions & dough. Pork fried rice had no pork meat in it! My dog enjoyed the

My 2 items were nasty, sorry! The chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease, I know it was because the grease at the bottom of the bag was a dark brown color. I also got a “cheesesteak roll” which had nothing but onions in it lol literally just onions
