Original Pete's Pizza & Wings

Stop apologizing for unedible food and do something about it. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with fried onions on 10/23/2024 at 9:30pm. The onions were burnt. The cook actually wrapped this up and served this to a paying customer! This is the reason so many businesses are closing, because of poor customer service. Your customers are the reason why your open in the first place.
Next time I will take my hard earned money somewhere else.

I hope my coworkers see this review so we never order from this place again lol I’ve been let down multiple times by their food here. The buffalo chicken wrap was not edible because the chicken was so overcooked you couldn’t even chew it and a coworker had a hair in her wrap today.

My family and I have been ordering from Pete’s for years and we usually order the same items. One item is large fries in a tin pan. Tonight they sent a small fry and charged for large. My 74 yr old mom called back to let them know. First, they kept her on hold for a few minutes and kept putting different ppl on who didn’t resolve it. Then, finally Eric the manager get’s on the phone and was totally rude and disrespectful to my mom as she explained how we’ve always ordered without it being an issue. He explained that it shouldn’t be done this way. Okay, I understood but when I was telling him I would pay extra for the tin pan, it’s no problem. He would cut me off mid sentence. I just couldn’t believe the way he was acting. We order from this place at least 3-4 times a week. It’s so sad now a days ppl have nasty attitudes and overall lack courtesy for customers. Although, we have enjoyed the food over the years. We will have to cut ties and spend our money somewhere else.

Any one ordering from this place don’t!!! there unprofessional, the food is disgusting and the manager is nasty, the cashier took my order wrong completely and the manager told me I could order somewhere else!!! They are a mom and pot place I will always take my money else where! There’s always door dash, at least I know they won’t get my Order wrong and brush me off!!! Y’all get no stars from me!!!

This place is amazing. EVERY single time I call I speak with this nice lady named Shannon, her customer service is above & beyond! She’s very attentive, nice & very polite. It makes you feel comfortable ordering food & has never messed up my order. She repeats the order back to me to make sure it is correct. Definitely recommended to others in the area. Thank you Shannon for such wonderful customer service! :)

My go to spot for cheesesteaks. I’ve been coming here for years. Service is good and the store is clean. I usually pick up my order and it’s done by the time I get there. I haven’t had their pizza in years, but they were good when I used to get them. My only complaint is that I have to order extra cheese on the cheesesteaks now in order to have enough. It didn’t used to be like that. It barely has anything on it when you order it as is. I think it also depends on who’s making it. Sometimes they have these beer battered fries when they run out of the crinkle ones. I’ve put my vote in for the beer battered fries, but they said yall like the crinkle ones better lol smh. I can’t lie I’m warming up to the crinkle ones, but beer battered will always be better imo
