The customer service is more then deplorable absolutely on the phone. Can hang up on you without talking order. I guess you don't need my money

I order from here at least weekly, and today I ordered the meatloaf. It was HORRIBLE. I even got someone else to taste it to make sure it wasn't just me. I called the store, and was told there was nothing wrong with it, and I couldn't be credited back. DO NOT ORDER THE MEATLOAF.

I was so surprised by all the bad reviews. Yes, they messed up sometime, but they always offer to fix the problem. That's One of the things ,I like about this establishment. I never encounter anyone with a nasty attitude. Even when I messed up my own order and call back, they still fix it.by replaced it.
So I do recommend them. Breakfast lunch and dinner is always on point. I'm bout to order breakfast as soon as they open. And also, I want to add that I'm allergic to seafood and I don't eat pork and they took the time and courtesy to write That down so when I order, they know my allergies.
So again, I'm surprised about all the bad reviews.

I ordered the fried chicken platter and in the website it says it comes with salad and butter with rolls but when it arrived it I got fries and coleslaw that had already gone bad. The chicken only one big piece and 3 really tiny pieces and it was hot on the outside and raw and cold on the inside, the fries were rock hard. I called the store and they hung up on me, I will definitely be reporting this place.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I should’ve known better with the ratings they have. Literal trash was in my cheesesteak. They offered me a credit or to remake. Now why tf would I want anything from this rancid establishment? Please don’t eat here.

I recently received a pizza and I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS PIZZA WENT THRU!!! Not sure if it was the delivery driver who mishandled the pizza or the restaurant. I will NOT BE ORDERING from this place again!

I ordered a ham and cheese oven grinder it had 1 piece of ham folded with all this lettuce. I always tell people to order from them because I never had anything bad but wow!! Good thing I had some ham and cheese at home to add and put in my toaster oven. I always spend a lot of money with them. Crazy!!

I ordered a beef pepperoni pizza. And they gave me both pork and beef. I called back manager got smart and hung up
I know the difference in pepperoni this is unacceptable

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad the grade meat is horrible the lettuce they use are from save a lot they gave me three lettuce with a pile of dry chicken to charge 18 dollars horrible
