The professionalism needs to be better with one of the 3 young ladies. When I asked her was all of my items in the package, she hit the top of the bag that was on top of the birthday cake I ordered hard. I was about to snap but I tried my best to stay under control .I checked to see if it was damaged but thankfully it was not. There should be someone that can also assist with opening the door to help the customer leave because there were an x-amount of things in my hand (I had a huge cake) and no one offered to assist. The attitudes need to be worked out because someone else may not walk away from that treatment and give a response.I spent around $100 to show love and support. I will not be back unfortunately.

They over charged me for my last cake purchase I don’t think I will use them in future the service is not like it used to be when going there over the years with my father had to change my order and refund of charges where to be given and where not after being stated would

We ordered a hello kitty cake for Saturday 10/4. The cake was horrible! No one ate it, every slice went in the trash. the cake was dried out so that’s tell me it wasn’t freshly baked. smh what a waste of money spent.

Two years ago went and got two slices of red velvet, slices was stale and hard. Maybe that was a one time issue. Pick up a slice of red velvet yesterday (7/10/2025) . Cake was stale or either old. Oteri if you have something 2-3 days please do not serve for paying customers. I'm going to stick with Bjs for fresh cake or muffins.
