Wonderful little shop in the heart of South Philly. The variety of sandwiches and the freshness of the meats and cheeses makes this a go-to. Besides the normal deli sandwiches, they also have specialty items available. The food combined with the friendly customer service makes this the place to go if your looking for a flavorful bite for lunch. I would suggest calling ahead as they do tend to get crowded.
Initially I was not going to leave a review, however, to hang up on a customer is totally unacceptable.
Lunch: I ordered a large Italian Hoagie. The bread itself was not even edible, hard as a rock. I paid extra for sharp provolone, there was none. I asked for extra mayo, there’s barely any. As for the meat, you’d think I ordered a veggie hoagie.
Customer service: I contact the store and I find it odd that I’m defending myself over a mistake you all made. To make matters worse, the lady who took my order and the guy who made my food responded with a terrible attitude stating “I don’t know what she wants us to do, our bread comes like that.” I was not offered any remedy and to make matters worse the young lady hung up the phone after refusing to accept my statements as true. What a waste of time and money.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this establishment.

P&S Ravioli Company was referred to me by a co-worker as I needed a last minute pick up meal for my husband and his co-workers that were held extended on their jobs due to recent protestor activity. I picked up hoagies, chips and drinks which they loved! My husband raved about the corned special hoagie with extra meat on a fresh long roll. The service was fast and professional, the store was clean and organized. I appreciated their patience and assistance as I fumbled with placing my rushed order.
