Such a cool, intimate experience. I love how they do breakfast during the day and upscale dinner at night in the same casual setting. We didn't have a single bad item on the menu! Only downside was that it was a little loud due to a larger party in a small space.
We recently visited with a group of three and overall, the food was quite good. We especially enjoyed the eggplant, the bread appetizer, and the pepperoni pasta dish — all were well-prepared and flavorful.
However, the service unfortunately overshadowed the experience. After living in Philly for five years and dining at many restaurants across the city, I’ve never felt such strong pressure to over-order. Our server insisted we “really needed” seven dishes...

Love Paffuto. The food is always seasonally driven and delicious! Flavor is tops for the chefs here, plus more upscale ingredients and techniques than you would expect for a small byob spot. Duck confit salad, red crab sauce with crawfish on homemade pasta were my tops last night and the tartare! Service is casual, friendly but professional. Cannot wait to go back!!
