The tacos were fantastic. They come as a set of 3, double corn tortillas. The Al pastor taco was amazing (and my favorite), along with the guacamole and red salsa sauce and my taste buds were having a party. Loved the food and staff was friendly and tentative, thank you!

Pancho’s has the tastiest birria tacos and birria burrito in Fishtown/Northern Liberties. The consommé is so flavorful and good! I love their guacamole and hot homemade chips and all of the food is made fresh and very appetizing. Their desserts and agua frescas are also delish! Juana always gives great service and the restaurant is very clean. Highly recommend for Mexican comfort food!

Local Mexican food staple for dine in, take out, or delivery - we’ve done it all dozens of times. Since moving into the corner restaurant, their dining space is really lovely. Chips with dips included and friendly service always. Their delivery is also super reliable and quick. The chicken tinga enchiladas are my favorite while my partner usually goes for the steak burrito. I love that it’s a family owned business and I’ve been able to watch it grow over the last 7 years.

Pancho is a pillar of the community. The first restaurant I ate at after moving to northern liberties, Pancho has taken me through tough times. His grit and determination has helped me through highs and lows, and I love him for that. The burritos are wonderful, the birria beautiful, and the tacos splendid. The prices are somewhat northernlibertiesafied, $17 for a Burrito could break bezos, but we accept Pancho’s demands for what he provides. Sometimes I try to go and find out the restaurant is closed for some sort of Mexican party.
