The few times I have gone over to Penda Express over at the Comcast Center at JFK foo or lunch have been wonderful. The food is good. I should stick with my white rice and orange chicken or white rice and better broccoli. I have gotten the chow mein and it’s just okay. I get a bowl, since this is all the food I can eat. The staff is very nice, especially Josh. He should be my friend. I would go there more often, the building is a safety issue for me so I can’t go there as often as I want to or would like to so I can get to know him.

The best part of this Panda Express is the staff. The man who took my order and the guy at the register were really easy to talk to.The rice was kind of meh, but I wanted to go back the next day just to get the main a la carte.

Really really weird rules you can’t even have a scooter near the building so I’ll never be returning me and my friends could come here for lunch but didn’t bother and found another place.

I don't live near any Panda Express restaurants but I'm very fortunate this one is at a train terminal I sometimes come to and I would absolutely go out of my way to come here. The staff here are extremely friendly and professional even when there's someone just walking by the restaurant they still greet that person whether or not they're a customer. Brett and Ramses are really friendly and them alone with make you want to come back. Josh especially is a really friendly employee who will even have a small conversation while he's preparing an order or working the register and he still gets his job done fast. Josh always does his job with a smile on his face and whenever I finish my order with him I'm excited to come back and see him brighten everyone's day. One last thing: the firecracker shrimp is AMAZING!!!! Even though it's limited supply I really hope it keeps returning. Absolutely worth spending your money here

Josh is literally the best manager I have ever seen. Always smiling, very polite and professional. The food was delicious as well.

The location is at the basement of Comcast building. The food is same as with other Panda Express, I like the shrimp and veggies bowl. Food came with fortune cookie. The staff was warm and amiable, provided topnotch service.

I mostly wanted to praise and commend the young woman taking orders and cashing people out on 4/11/23. Usually PE has multiple people working out front but it was only her despite a long line. I would have been stressed and anxious, but she was so organized, quick, polite, and cool-headed, serving everyone with a smile. I hope PE appreciates her as much as the people waiting in line did. Truly an asset.

Missing items and didn’t contact me about not having items that I ordered and management is unprofessional and I will be contacting corporate not because I missing items it’s because of the disrespect

Food was not good, rice was under prepared and noodles where just out dry as if they had come out of a dryer! Would never try here again, bad experience on a hungry stomach
