I ordered string bean chicken & mushroom chicken with white rice. It was all cold. I asked for hot food & was told it would be 12 minutes. 20 minutes later still no hot food asked for a refund instead & had to wait 10 more minutes because the cashier gave me an online order receipt areas of a dine in receipt. While waiting someone else came in asking for a refund because they were waiting for their food for 15 minutes. This is my 2nd time at this location & both bad experiences. Really had my heart set on something healthier than fried food. But u can’t always get what u want I guess.

I love chinese food, chinese -american food. Panda satisfies my cravings. A little pricey, portions are measured, soy sauce upon request. No chop sticks. Limited menu HOWEVER very consistent. Doing drive thru? When leaving, go WAY out then turn right onto Gaul or you'll run over an ill placed curb.

Honestly, pretty much every time I’ve been here it’s been a bad experience. Yesterday was no exception. The food is just meh, ok; not bad, but not exceptional either. The restaurant itself is the best part of it. The customer service, or rather lack thereof, is the worst. The girl or woman who took my order yesterday, I believe named Cheyenne, was just difficult every step of the way; from taking my order, cash, and finally after a long wait, giving me my food…I was really trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, like maybe she was just having a rough day. But who knows, it’s always the same there. Buyer beware.

This store, like others on this side of Aramingo Avenue, closed the dining room early and are forcing clients and Doordashers through the drive thru. They close at 10pm. I pulled up at 9:40pm and the chairs were already up. Unprofessional!
