I don't know what happened to the food but I'll start going to the Bensalem one. Couldn't chew the chicken, the noodles were hard and flavorless. This food used to be very good. Today 3/4/ 25 absolutely horrible. The customer service was the only thing that was 10 stars.

I typically love PE. But my most important recommendation is to go inside and order. See what you are getting. Cause you don’t not want the last few scoops. Your get the worst parts. Like the orange chicken without chicken just skin. You know what I am talking about. Yes, those. This food is best when it is hot and fresh. Nothing worse than driving home and opening up your Panda Express and all you see are the Lil Bits or have cold rice. I should mention that the Apple are good! Covered in sugar. Reminds me of the old fried Apple pies from McDonald’s (those were the best) well this is a good substitute! Also get the app so you can get a discount and points. Their point system is pretty good.
I ordered for a delivery at 5:42pm. It's 7:45pm and it hasn't even left the restaurant. I'm at work and trying to get dinner for my kids. Now I have to figure something else out and try to get my money back.

Specific to this location: always a 10-20min wait in the drive-thru, in person, even ordering online. And then the food isn’t even good. Customer service communication isn’t great either. I stood there waiting for my online order that was ready and I was looking at it but they insisted that wasn’t it and continued helping people in line and talking to each other. I guess someone sat it in the wrong spot. Waited probably 15mins for the food I was starring at while it was getting cold.

This place is hit or miss. I've been here with great service and fresh entrees. Then I've been here where I am ignored in line for 15 minutes and get soggy food. It's never my first choice, but it certainly beats heading to the other fast food chains near by.

I liked the orange chicken but the chicken was hard. Needed a little orange sauce on it because it was dry.
By the time I got there around 8:00 in the evening, they were pretty busy they were well staffed, and it seemed like an Asian man over in the corner was talking maybe with the manager but constantly watching what was going on I ordered a pepper steak and chicken with string beans they informed me that they were out of pepper steak and that it would take 6 minutes I said Okay I want to sit down I ordered the entree with three main dishes in one side period after the pepper steak came there was only enough for one serving. The guy that was packing my plates literally Gave Me 2 teaspoons of pepper steak and string beans as they were running low. When I got to the register to pay feeling slighted I did not want to cause a Ruckus so I went ahead and pay the $15 but I asked him why was it 15 he said oh it's a $1.50 extra for the pepper steak these songs were not posted but I do understand. My first times there and it was not great
