Ordered A bigger plate and plate, the box is small, gives a ton of rice and really little of entrees, 4 pieces of walnut shrimp and no kung po chicken, rice was dry and stiff, don’t recommend this place at all.

I ordered a bowl of white rice w/black pepper steak, which normally costs $8.50. Their server said they were charging $1.50 extra for the black pepper steak because it was a "premium" meat. When I finally looked at my receipt, they added $1.50 and said it was for black pepper steak, but it looks as if I ordered extra white rice, which i didn't... SCAM!I wonder if that other steak, teriyaki, I believe, is premium meat as well? I'll never know and don't care to know at this point.Their tactic at gouging patrons just caused them to lose this one and maybe many more.

I am very, very unhappy with this place. I ordered a plate of rice and chicken with a side cart of honey walnut shrimp. The plate was for my friend and the shrimp was for me. She has a shrimp allergy so I left a note saying 'please be sure to separate the shrimp from the other food'. I even mentioned in the note that there was an allergy concern. When the food was delivered, I opened the bag and my shrimp had been dumped onto the rice. I paid for a cart on the side and they just dumped it onto the plate, even after my specifically saying there was an allergy problem. But hey, my delivery came on time.

The cashier was very slow. She was nice but couldn't keep up with the flow of business. And the manager didn't seem to care too much and just kept serving instead of switching roles or switching out the cashier.
