I went to this restaurant on my break, and once i arrived i got out of line to use the restroom and wash my hands. The man working there told my I had to purchase food first before giving me the bathroom code, I told him i just got out of line and he told me he doesn’t care, So i left

About an hour into waiting for our delivery, our order got cancelled. Called just now to see what happened, but no one picked up.
There's been a few instances where something like this has happened or we've been delivered someone else's food. They've refunded us and let us do the order again previously, but I dunno what happened this time.

Ordered a bowl with orange chicken and super greens. Was told 1-2 minute wait for super greens, so I waited by the register. 4-5 minutes later a different associate asks if I had ordered so I explained. 20 minutes later I never got the bowl.

This was the worst tasting food I've had in a while. This is my 2nd visit at a panda express. My 1st was out of state ( FL) and I remember it being pretty tasty, so I never expected to have food this bad. I had the beef broccoli, chicken and string beans, orange chicken and rice. The broccoli tasted old and sour, the beef had a nasty flavored sauce. The string beans also, tasted old and the chicken was bland. The orange chicken was mid and soggy. The rice was just okay. I need a zero stars option

It was the end of the night before close so no options for real but we did get what they had and enjoyed it. Stayed in and I did like the view of the street because of the huge windows. It's in center city so it's never really a dull moment or view

The bejing beef is like dough batter it is not beef at all. Looks amazing takes disgusting. The steak was good . The environment is very chaotic and no where at all to park .
It's crazy customer service especially front desk Chinese guy I waited more then 30 minutes to get my order it's weird

I asked for fresh honey sesame chicken bc it looked soggy and they just sprinkled more sesame seeds ontop of the same batch of sesame chicken and called it a new batch .. used to be my go to location but I won’t be back.
