I asked for fresh honey sesame chicken bc it looked soggy and they just sprinkled more sesame seeds ontop of the same batch of sesame chicken and called it a new batch .. used to be my go to location but I won’t be back.

I work for Jefferson hospital I've gone previously to this location without much issue but today was wild. Usually there's a discount for Jefferson workers but when I asked I was told it was only for nurses and doctors. I find it funny how I can work in the same building and have the same uniform on but somehow am not subject to the same treatment. I'm an essential worker. I worked the same times as the nurse and doctors during covid. Very discriminatory

The absolute worst ordered on door dash as door dash continued to give me different drivers I'm thinking it's because of the long wait but by the third driver I finally contacted the one door dash driver as I was told my order was stolen and they couldn't make a new one so contact door dash I waited over an hour and door dash ruled that it was because they didn't have all the food in stock they are the worst because they could have cancelled the order from the beginning would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

The rice is simple, it does not have that flavor that characterizes the Chinese seasoning, it has no roots, it lacks color and ajinomoto and everything else has that reheated flavor.
This panda express is ran excellently by THE general manager Maya. She really runs a tight ship. The food, the staff & the cleanliness of this panda express is top tier. I applaud her for having one the best franchise locations in the City of Philadelphia. This is now my go to spot for a good lunch
