Everything i wanted was sold out. I settled on a different sandwich. Was supposed to have chips or some other side. All sold out. The sandwich was so horribly greasy that the paper it was wrapped in was transparent. First and last time ever going to this company. That was a disaster.

We are frequent visitors of Panera Bread and have been loyal members, and this store stands out with its perfect location during our Thanksgiving vacation in downtown Philly last week. The food and service all looked good until our visit last Friday evening when I went to the restroom, where I noticed a female worker rushing out after using the toilet while chatting loudly on the phone, without flushing the toilet NOR washing her hands, and heading straight into the store's food preparation area behind the counter.
Later on, while we were waiting for the kids to finish their meals, we overheard this female employee using loud vulgar language while chatting with a customer.
This lack of hygiene from the employee is simply shocking and, needless to say, upset our stomachs. While we love Panera Bread, we sincerely hope this review can bring attention to the management of this store and encourage them to provide employees with the proper training and education needed to ensure they adhere to basic standards of hygiene and good manners.

I love this spot. I'm a coffee guy and Panera is top 5 when it comes to who you can rely on for some good coffee... The food is good too.. I used to swing by just for the coffee but recently ordered some food and was pleasantly shocked to see how big the portions were.. I ate good. I recommend the Mac n Cheese but I also tried their Cheesesteak Hoagie which slaps too... The cookies and brownies good too cant lie. Besides that the vibe is very calm. Staff are really respectful and caring. You can tell and sense they really care about their guests and customers, not a lot of places like that left so when I seense that type of energy in a place of business, especially food spots, main thing and 1st thing I pay attention to is how do they treat the people they are servicing? This Panera right here, specifically, off 12th & Vine, they treat their people with heart and empathy. They people people...
My only complaint... Not enough power sockets but I'm being nit picky.. Not really a complaint... meh

A very cozy place where you can have breakfast or work. The soups and salads are light and delicious, and the Wi-Fi and calm music create the atmosphere of a mini-office.

They are known to close Earlier than listed hours on Google Maps. Service is Average. Finding a place to charge your stuff is hard. Though the best thing about this place is the food and the soothing music.

This is the worst Panera Bread location I’ve ever visited. There are constant disturbances and physical altercations happening inside the restaurant. On more than one visit, I witnessed a specific employee — identifiable by dreadlocks and a nose ring — being involved in violent incidents while customers were present and trying to place orders. This location feels unsafe, poorly managed, and not appropriate for children or families. Immediate changes in staffing and security are needed to make this location safe for the public.

I had n extremely pleasant time at this location. Vee the Asst Manager was so warm and full of love and her staff was too. At a time where it’s so hard out here and the climate is pretty depressing , they really made my day and made me hopeful overall about our country. Appreciate you Vee and Team! Thanks for rock’n with me

Uncle Joe, his niece, and that amazing manager who always walks around to check on everyone and see if they need anything are absolutely incredible. Always happy to see them. (Sorry I forgot their names!)

Had the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad. But very different from the picture!
No grilled chicken, but maybe two slices of torn apart deli meat.
No romaine but nasty iceberg coated with some chemical preservative that made my stomach hurt later.
And the avocado was browning with finger indentations in it.
The staff was friendly, but the table had not been cleaned in a while!
Have heard good things about this chain, but this particular location made a poor impression for a first visit!

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, it wasn't thick and rich. It was watery. I threw in the trash. Do better Panera!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service all around. Submitted an online order for delivery. Received my delivery with the entire order submerged in soup and soggy as well as one of the salad looked half eaten and had the wrong dressing. I called to request a refund and give some incite to this issue and was told they can't do anything for 30days. So for a order that I paid directly for you can't refund any more for 30 days is outrageous.

Shantea was so helpful and sweet while taking my order! She reminded me to give my Panera rewards number to collect my points
