Times are tough. Used to be one of the best paneras I’ve been to. But the portions are so small. My chipotle chicken avocado had one slice of avocado on it. And it was on the 1/3 of the sandwich with nothing on it. French onion soup looked to be about a half a cup with a few shreds of cheese in the soup and no croutons. I wish it was just me but walked in and there was a lady waiting to be served and no one looking to make their way up front to help her. Very sad as this was one of my favorite locations.
One of the better Panera breads I’ve been to. Staff is nice, but they are even quicker at getting your food ready. I get the chicken avocado and it’s great.

I just want to thank Brittany, Onyx, and the rest of the staff during lunch on 2/13/24 for their amazing assistance, my friend forgot to hit “send” on his order and they were going above and beyond to try and help locate the order. We finally figured out the mystery but the effort the ladies put in to help me was unmatched. It was top level actual SERVICE. Thank you again.

Like burger king with breads and Applebee's prices but no paper crowns and you can't see the waitress c section scar.
The set-up to order food and to be seated isn't very clear for new people coming to the restaurant. The screaming of the name to come pick up the food doesn't make for a good atmosphere for dining. It seems everyone in Phila hates their job.

I love it at this location in particular it is very clean and efficient and the fireplace is beautiful and there are never any negative people trying to do negative things from my experience. They are very organized. And the employees seem so very fluent and clean. I visit all of the locations and I am an accountant, so I understand only owning a franchise.
