Most of the time when I come into this Panera, the workers have great customer service and it’s a great environment for me get some extra work done, however recently I witnessed one of the managers yelling at her employee who has a chronic illness about timing, his chronic illness symptoms according to the job. Firstly, it’s insensitive because a chronic illness could be a serious disability… Second of all it is extremely unprofessional for customers to witness that type of behavior by any employee let alone a manager. This is the same manager that I witnessed commenting on a customer’s appearance in an inappropriate manner… It’s just unsightly

How do you get a 3 letter name wrong. And then they messed up my order.
This was literally my first time trying the famous bread bowl soups and all I got was a small cup of soup and a piece of stale baguette.
The cheddar broccoli soup is good tough.

Took 40+ minutes for a kids meal order. Could’ve gotten a full sit down meal in less time. Barely anyone in the restaurant on a Sunday. They were making 30+ sandwiches which no one was picking up, I’m guessing a catering order. There was no prioritization for the people who were actually waiting in the cafe. Clearly horribly managed.

My husband placed an order for delivery( appr. $90) that we never received. When we called the restaurant we were put on 20 min. Hang up call again another 20 min hold. After the third attempt the manager refused to issue a refund over the phone. We had to drive to the restaurant and demand a refund. When we asked the manager to explain the long wait(s) on the phone she tells my husband and I that she had to go to the bathroom. Pathetic, unprofessional and I’ll equipped to run a restaurant. We will NEVER patronize this location again!

One of my go to Paneras. Quality of service and food is good. Nice outdoor space, overlooking City Ave.
My girl’s stressed the hell out because she ordered a turkey avocado sandwich and the order took 40 additional minutes after the initial 30 minutes it said it would take. Not only that, whatever high school drop out packaged the order put the WRONG SANDWICH IN THE BAG. Can you imagine after a long ass, stressful ass day, all you want is a specific Panera sandwich and then you wait over an hour for the wrong damn sandwich?
Absolutely awful, you’re getting paid to put bread and meat together and you can’t even do that right… deserved 1 Star

The service was excellent and efficient, and the servers were very polite. The food was delicious, and serving sizes were generous. Great location just across from the hotel. The fact that it was late gave us a healthy option when it was too late to eat a heavy meal.

Times are tough. Used to be one of the best paneras I’ve been to. But the portions are so small. My chipotle chicken avocado had one slice of avocado on it. And it was on the 1/3 of the sandwich with nothing on it. French onion soup looked to be about a half a cup with a few shreds of cheese in the soup and no croutons. I wish it was just me but walked in and there was a lady waiting to be served and no one looking to make their way up front to help her. Very sad as this was one of my favorite locations.
One of the better Panera breads I’ve been to. Staff is nice, but they are even quicker at getting your food ready. I get the chicken avocado and it’s great.
