We had Doordash that Day .It was a hot sandwich you could have grilled the sandwich. The broccoli soup was good my daughter's sandwich was a mess also her salad was good.Too much money for such incompetence.Doordash
This Panera is ran terribly, the staff is rude and the food takes a hour every time and then comes out as a half put together sandwich. On top of that you can never order ahead of time like youâre supposed to so whatâs the point of having it on grubhub for students.

Staff is rude, had to argue with them about food. Service is slow as hell, said a 46 min wait end up waiting over a hour and a half. People and staff lounging around conversating. Will never visit a Panera Bread establishment again, especially this one. The food was not made right and gave the wrong order.

I think a lot of people need to be more considerate of the fact that the Panera on campus is incredibly understaffed so of course the GrubHub system (that obviously is going to get hundreds of orders) is going to make your wait longer. By no means am I dismissing how frustrating it is to wait an hour and a half for Panera (itâs happened plenty of times to me), but I think it should be acknowledged that the ratio of staff to orders is quite uneven. With that being said, the wait time isnât my favorite, especially given the actual food. Panera arguably isnât even that good, but itâs one of the âhealthierâ options on campus that I like to go to from time to time. They recently removed the Panera from GrubHub for temple, but that doesnât mean the wait isnât still long. Nevertheless, itâs okay, and I like doing my homework in thereâitâs quite nice.
