I think a lot of people need to be more considerate of the fact that the Panera on campus is incredibly understaffed so of course the GrubHub system (that obviously is going to get hundreds of orders) is going to make your wait longer. By no means am I dismissing how frustrating it is to wait an hour and a half for Panera (it’s happened plenty of times to me), but I think it should be acknowledged that the ratio of staff to orders is quite uneven. The food is good but the wait times are horrible and they forgot a sandwich which I didn't realize until I got home because I wanted to leave after the hour long wait. It would be quicker and a better guarantee of food to go to the one near city hall.
