What is the meat they call chicken steak?! It was not like chicken steak at all! It was so mushy, I thought it was cooked tuna fish. It appeared to be genetically modified. I gave them 2☆ because their pizza isn't bad. Chicken Steak- Never Again!!! UGH

Good pizza HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & accountability . I have been ordering from this location for over a year , delivery. Never had an issue until our last 3 delivery’s where drivers would arrive without “change “ $50 bills and no $1 or $5 to break down to return at-least $6/$7 back . The last time I finally spoke up . A driver arrived with “no change “ he owed me back $3.47 I asked him could he return back to be with that change and said why do I need the change back isnt it his tip ? No it’s not your tip and you have to give me the option to tip or not I’m still due back charge regardless. He then begins to act as if h didn’t understand me . I called the store on the phone and let them know that hey they driver doesn’t have any change . Could some send him back with some (the pizza store is in the BACK of my house ) they say oh sure I said well I gave the driver yesterday almost a $8 tip because he didn’t have change I want the change back today he said okay he will come back Well 15 mins later I get a call saying the driver said I never paid and I cursed him out So I get in my car to go to the store to show the OWNER my surveillance footage of me handing the guy they money and NEVER “cursing him out “ he tells me well we do owe you change hands me the $3.47 but it’s the 1st of the month and the house before you took all his change it’s the 1st we busy ! SO WHAT that doesn’t give you as the business the option to not return CHANGE trust me if I got delivery and didn’t have the correct amount they would take the food back from me . It’s the principal right is right and wrong is wrong !
Well fast fwd 2 days later I order again NO issue 2 days later my son orders no issue
Well a random day I call and SORRY WE CANT DELIVER TO U ANYMORE THE OWNER PUT A NOTE THAT I DIDNT PAY AND CURSED THE DRIVER OUT?wow! So i spoke to the manager and he apologized “im going to remove the note “ Well that didn’t happen i went to pick up my food the lady said oh sorry I didn’t see the note but we can’t serve you Here comes the manager : “oh no we never put that note “ well who did Casper the ghost ? I kindly let him know If you don’t want me to patronize your business please TELL ME now He says I will Speak with my partner & call you ??well no call ? At the end of the day I do not or need to spend my money with a business that didn’t have change to give me back but I will not be listed as cursing out or not paying when I did , none of this makes sense it’s embarrassing ? Glad I recorded all conversations. So I basically got blackballed for speaking up about my “change” so sad

Omg at first I was like wow we got 4 slices and it covered a whole pizza box so pretty much h a whole pie......... but yuk, burnt to no end, cheap topping, grease dripping everywhere. I had better pizza a domino's. Never again!

I happened to be in there and heard commotion in the back before I placed an order come to find out there was a roach in the pizza dough!!! And I began to look around and noticed that there was literally a roach crawling onto a customer who was waiting to pay. This place needs a serious health
