I happened to be in there and heard commotion in the back before I placed an order come to find out there was a roach in the pizza dough!!! And I began to look around and noticed that there was literally a roach crawling onto a customer who was waiting to pay. This place needs a serious health

My wife is picky and she always has special requests. This establishment always accommodate my wife's request. They be wild too! I don't even want to tell yall how she likes her pizza because yall gonna read this then be like "oh that sounds good." The workers at Papa Joe's r like family to me, I love the food and the service is OUTSTANDING if u haven't ordered food from there I suggest u do ASAP .
I spent almost 35$ last night in your restaurant.. I ordered a cheesesteak and a Pizza Steak…talk about disappointment…. Who makes a Pizza Steak with American Cheese?…My wife threw the whole sandwich out… highly disappointed..

I order from them two different times one time they had a piece of the ingredients paper in my cheese burger I tried to give them another chance but only this time I was greeted with a roach on my pizza and when I talked to the manager he was very nasty it was as if he was mad that I was upset that they had a damn roach in my pizza I was like this the second time I done order and y'all done had shit going on with my food I will never and I mean ever order from these place ever again

Most the food is good but the taco salad doesn't come with meat - even if you order taco meat (which I assumed was beef). Lady at front desk said they don't put it on and it's a common complaint. Delivery driver was great, though.

On Thursday June 1st I ordered cheese pizza and cheesteak. The girls act like duhh sometimes. You tell them something and they ask a question that u just gave the answer too.(but typical)My problem is I requested and paid for an order that was not made correctly. I ask for them to fix it and the guy thought touching my food with both hands but 1 glove was okay. (Smh) I had to request for him to wear two gloves. The problem is they seem to have a problem with it. With covid still existing I would be careful about ordering when they don't use gloves PROPERLY.
