So, I called the pizza shop and they quoted a long wait time of 45 minutes, and I know this can't have an every time, but here is my phone calls to the store and my phone call from the delivery guy. 16 minutes. Unbelievable. Well done guys!

Never order and pay online! It takes me 1.5 hour to received an incomplete order!!! In between, I called one time asking for the order. They have my phone number record. When I received my pizza missing the Pepsi. I called 3 times they never pick up my phone. Until I used my boyfriend phone to call them. They apologized and said they will bring back the Pepsi which they NEVER did! I called the customer service to complain about that. They said they only able to file a complaint to the owner. Said the owner will contact me. And they are not able to give me the refund!!!! I will never place any order in the future in this store!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Online delivery stated it was delivered- 20 minutes later then it was supposed to be, we never received it. I call the store and they tell me the driver couldn't get into the building, this isn't possible as I provided my cell phone and we have 24 hour concierge. So they send the pizza again, it takes another hour for it to get here. They call me and have me on hold from their cell phone for a few minutes and then hang up on me. It finally gets here another 15 minutes later ( a full hour and 40 minutes after initial delivery time) and the delivery man gives me a lecture on not answering my phone. I show him proof on my cell phone that I have no missed calls, after I wish him a good night and providing a 5$ tip for one pizza, he is yelling after me that next time I better answer the phone. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very little help received when calling the store directly, and no one ever apologized for the mistake.

Good wings and pizza, however the pizza tracker showed that the food was delivered and it had not been. I called the store to find out that the order was still out for delivery and was told to just wait. Once the pizza arrived 20 mins after the pizza tracker had stated that it was delivered the delivery man tried to pressure for a tip, but didn't even have the receipt for me to sign. Be cautious with this place.

Ordered one of their many offered specials on a Sunday night via an online order (the price-point is great). The process was straightforward and user friendly (nice design too!) and the quoted time was spot-on! The delivery person was friendly and professional and delivered our order hot and ready to enjoy! The pizza was tasty and the garlic butter dipping sauce...so good...don't order without it! Overall, this was a great experience and I will absolutely order again!

I try to not post bad reviews. However I couldn't take it this time. I ordered on sun, quite frankly I order here because I like the small size, the garlic butter and pepper, and there is an app. I was driving back from CT and with 18 mins left on my drive, I decided to place the order while I was stopped in traffic. The confirmation email quoted 25-35 mins. The pizza arrived lukewarm 1 and a half hours later. I tried repeatedly to call to find my pizza and no one would answer the phone. I've been trying to give this place a chance for way too long. No more.

Unacceptable and unprofessional for a international business! First bad experience and they are downtown in Philadelphia. They don't answer the phone and takes 2hrs to deliver 3 items that we boxed over 30 minutes ago. Never again.

Do not order from this place! Pizza took more than an hour to arrive -- store is a mile away from where it was supposed to be delivered. Pizza was cold, chicken was cold, driver did not deserve tip. When I called to inquire, I was told "driver is stuck in traffic." I drive in center city every day and this was a bs excuse. There is literally no reason pizza should take an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon.
